I must say I was somewhat worried the night before my scheduled delivery after reading all these one-star reviews. I was also puzzled by the fact that about half think this company is great and half think this company sucks. Well I am happy to report that I had a great experience with Am Home Delivery today. My scheduled time slot was between 2:30 to 6:30pm. I was 10 min late. When I arrived home, one of the three gentlemen was sitting in front of my door waiting for me. Of course, I did call on my way back to let them know that I am running late. But the fact that they waited for me was something I really appreciated. They also moved a bulky range and dishwasher up a step and through a tight front door. When I asked to inspect the items, the gentleman helped me open the boxes even though I could tell there should be no dent as the boxes were in perfect condition. They really took care moving these appliances. Thank you Am Home Delivery, you deserve a 5-star review from me.

ps. I must say though their automated notification does not give you a lot of heads up. I received an automated call that tells me my delivery will happen in 2 min! I almost freaked out. Luckily like I said, they waited for me. Thank you.

My name is John Morris, writing in regards to our refrigerator delivery today, on February 23. David and Julian, our two delivery drivers, were nothing short of amazing. They were both very helpful, delightful, and a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond with our delivery service, and I can't thank them enough.

We received our new dishwasher a day early which is pretty awesome. Both Celso and Jaime were very efficient, friendly, and personable. They worked quickly, kept me informed with what they were doing, and were out within a matter of minutes.

I am very happy with their service!

We wanted to take a moment and give recognition to our driver today, Celso. I love the care that he gave to our delivery and his personality was wonderful. It did not feel like a stranger was in our home but a familiar friend. Even though he was short handed he was very positive and happy to do his job. Great experience I have had in such a long time. Celso is proof that customer service does exist and is a priority. Thank you Celso!

Antonio and Mario, who delivered a dishwasher for me, were on-time, professional and communicated well prior to delivery. They called twice, prior to delivery, the first time to let me know they were on their way, within 30 minutes of delivery, and then again to let me know that they hit traffic and they may be about 15 minutes late. They ended up being only 5 minutes off of when they said they would be there, so it was great! We did have to ask that they unpack the dishwasher so it could be checked for damage, and they did leave the packing materials - but then again we didn't request that they take it with them either.

Thank you for sending Jose and Uriel to our home on 12/22/18 to install our Viking range and level the Viking refrigerator. They were unbelievable! Their professionalism and attention to detail was impressive. They both took their jobs very seriously, and were experts. We were on the tail end of a kitchen remodel, and they came just at the right time. They took their time to ensure we were completely satisfied with the height and level of each appliance. They both had superior knowledge.

I recently purchased a TV online and AM Trucking was the delivery company assigned to deliver my set to my house. On the day of delivery, one of the drivers had a family emergency, but despite being short staffed, the remaining driver met his appt and even provided in home delivery when I expected they might have to short change the service to a garage delivery. Very pleased with the timeliness and efficient delivery process.

Excellent delivery of one couch. I used the tracking service to keep tabs on scheduled delivery. That worked fine. They arrived within the scheduled window. The two delivery guys were cordial and professional. They wheeled the box into my garage and opened it up. The item was delivered in excellent condition. I would do this again.

We were very pleased with the delivery of our large item. The drivers were professional and curious. They called to advise of the delivery time 15 minutes before and were punctual. They assisted us in the inspection of the large item. We are very satisfied with the delivery. The two gentlemen (Antonio and Ricardo) who made the delivery could not have done anything different to make this a better experience.

We are thrilled with the services of AM Home delivery .The drivers: Alvaro and Juan were very professional, efficient and helpful. They arrived exactly in the timeframe given to us by email and confirmed by phone. They were very accommodating, rolling gracefully a heavy big package into our garage. It is a pleasure to be the customer of such a reliable company knowing how to find perfect employees.

The delivery people called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. The instructions for my delivery were to leave it in the lobby, but I was getting a large couch delivered an there was no way I would be able to get it into my apartment on the 6th floor by myself. The delivery guys were kind enough to take it all the way up there anyways. They were super nice about it the entire time.

I just wanted to send a note letting you know what a great crew of guys you had deliver a large flat-screen TV to my home 1-3-20.
Antonio, Ricardo & Gabriel were very thorough & diligent in un-packaging and testing the start-up screen on the TV to show it had been delivered without breakage or any damage. Thanks again

Am trucking co. Just delievered my new wall oven for my kit. remodel. Emails telling me it was on its way, then the day of delievery phone calls telling when it would be at my door. They arrived, two great guys, Jim and Jr. They worked well together and had a terrific personality. I am a contractor and had a lot of delieveries over the years , this company and the drivers where the best I have ever run across. John Barni 74 yrs.

I have to give these guys 5 stars because they were excellent in delivery as well as service after my package was inside. I wasn't expecting them to unwrap the item, have me check out the features, then placed this heavy item where I wanted it to go. You don't get this level of service very often, if ever, and this old lady super appreciated it. Thanks guys!

Noel and Alvaro were very professional and efficient. I watched them unload my sofa from the truck and I was impressed by how careful they were as they unloaded and carried it into my garage. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

Antonio and Martin delivered our new dryer and took away our old one. All went well, without a hitch. And they were both very pleasant as well. Thank you!

Two gentlemen delivered my brand new fridge last Friday. The fridge is so big that it barely fit my front door. The manage to move it in my house with a scratch. They are very professional and courtesy.

Gabriel and Ricardo did an excellent job of delivering my LG 77 inch OLED TV to my house. It was fast and confirmed that the TV condition was in good condition.

These folks went beyond by getting my super heavy air conditioner (more than 100 lbs) safely into my house and then unpacking it for me. Fedex had messed up a previous order of the same product but these folks did it right!

Antonio and Brayan did a great job delivering a very large box with a dining table. They notified me when they were on their way and were very professional in unloading the box and carrying it in. Thank you for a great job.
