Stephen & Stephanie was the best, loved the care they gave me and my daughter. Make this a very comfortable and fun visit. Stephen did an amazing job on my teeth. Stephanie handled my 2 year old like a charm, which my daughter loved. Big Thanks for you great work.!

This office is awesome! I had a slight scheduling issue with the Hampton office but the Newport news office fixed it! I was scheduled for fill ins at the Hampton office but found out I couldn't get my fill ins without a cleaning so I called the Newport news office and the manager Amanda fit me in just 1 hour later. The staff there is amazing! I had my newborn son with me and they took over so I could get my work done! Steve has a wonderful personality he has so much to talk about! I love that because it kept me distracted from what he was doing! Stephanie was nice and pleasant. Diamond was nice explained every thing that was going on. Very professional! Dr. Darensburg was nice and pleasant as well. Very quick with the anesthesia. What stood out the most is how patient they were and they took the time out to help with my son. They literally took turns until he fell asleep. Very nice staff there! I will be back! Thanks you guys!

Have always had a pleasant experience at this Kool Smiles location. Everyone has always been very nice and the wait has never been a problem even with two children being seen at the same appointment. Great staff and love the services we have received so far.

Just had another wonderful experience at Kool Smiles in Denbigh and I am very pleased. They have a well trained staff to treat children with special needs and talk to the children in a way they can relate. I am once again very pleased and have been taking my children now a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff or just great. Thank Kool Smiles...

Stephan Hanson was the best!!!!! He worked so well with my 5 year old that she didn't cry and wasn't afraid to let him clean her teeth. He knows how to interact with the kids to get them to feel comfortable. Great job Stephan, five stars to you!!!!!

My experience with Kool-smiles was GREAT. Steven did a EXCELLENT job on my teeth. He answerd all questions, and the staff was very friendly first thing in the morning. I will definitely recommend them for not only children needs, but for adults as well.

My daughter goes to Kool Smiles on Warwick in Newport News. I had a fear that she would never like going to the dentist but Stephanie, the dental hygienist changed my outlook. My daughter bite the dentist last time as well but this time she did not!! I would highly recommend Stephanie if your child wants a trusted and friendly individual to work on children teeth!! My 18month is afraid of everyone but Kim H was so great with him. He actually allowed her to brush his teeth he let her hold him without crying he never go to anyone. I wish they could clone her. She was magnificent very patient with my baby. Thanks Kim and Dr Anvari you guys are awesome!!!!!💕💕💕

Tanisha and Krissy did an awesome job. I called the day before and was able to get scheduled the next day and they accomadated me by keeping me informed about an earlier appointment that opened up. I would recommend to anyone!

Excellent service, nice staff, good bedside manner, people ready to help. Krissy did a good job in cleaning, Latisha was very efficient in taking XRays, Dr. B was very kind and gentle. Front desk people were Amazing. Will definitely come back again!!!

What can I say about Kool Smiles they are the most helpful fun loving staff that I have ever done business with. The face of Kool Smiles definitely starts with the front desk and Heather is the perfect person to be working up at the front. She is always so helpful and smiling everytime we visit. I want to specially thank Dr. Rastogi and Leandra for all that they did when my daughter came in for her filling. They made her fell very comfortable with the procedure they did a technique that she did not even know that she was getting the needle for the numbing medicine. Which was amazing. Being a former worker of this office I truly can say first hand that these ladies are always warm hearted and willing to provide the BEST service to all there patient.

They always take good care of me. Today was my first time with Kim and Dr. Anvari and I can say she constantly made sure I was okay and comfortable. The environment here is so friendly and fun. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to come here.

Stephan Hanson did a great job. My daughter was tense and anxious coming in. He did a great getting her distracted and relaxed with humor. By the end of her appointment she was all smiles.

Steven Hanson was awesome!! He found out my 4 year old wanted to be a dentist when she grows up but didn’t want to get her own teeth brushed and he was very patient. He showed her all the dentist tools and how to use them. She lit up with a huge smile and began to open up. She went from crying and frowning to my usual bubbly happy girl. This is our first encounter with Steven and I hope we get him again. He was hands down the best dental assistant we have had and we have been coming here since 2013 when my oldest daughter was 4 and she is almost 10 now

Dentist Rastogi and Dental Assistant Kim H. Has truly been amazing providers for me and my two children. The care the show is absolutely amazing which would be an understatement. They both have gone above and beyond. Tomorrow is my sons birthday and they truly made his day when they came in to sing happy birthday to him. What a blessing. Thank you all for all you do and have done. Truly a blessing! May God continue to bless you.

Mr. Steven did my teeth and they feel great. He was so sweet and had such a soft voice. He made me feel very comfortable, considering I've been wearing of dentist, nor have I been to once since highschool. Years ago! Thank you so much! Had a great experience with hygienist Stephen and his assistant Stephanie. They had soo much patience with my daughter and my son and very friendly. Also, Andrea very welcoming receptionist!

We had an outstanding experience this AM. My wife and I weren't exactly sure how our 4yr. old would handle her procedure. The "A-Team" of Dr. Rastogi and Leandra exceeded our expectations, providing reassurance and quality care. If we could give 5.5 🌟's we would!

Ranisha Branch & Dr. Mongia were really fast and patient with my son. I really like how they gave me treatment options rather than just go straight into my son's treatment. They made everything fast and comfortable for him!
