Ollie's Bargain Outlet

Joined them for Ollie Reward special opening @6 event. I was surprised there was a line outside at 545.
They opened promptly, friendly staff, multiple items available on big sale items, and the cashiers were loud but fun experience. They loved their jobs .

Great customer service. Great deals. Very clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and the lines aren't ridiculously long. Money well spent!

Very clean store, well stocked and great staff! We purchased five curtain rods that JC Penny & Home Depot carries($40-50.00) They were $12.00 at Ollie's. I also buy hardback books there often at $5.00 versus $20-30. Big fan of Ollies!

It's not the biggest store but it's clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The manager Brooklyn made every effort to be in multiple places at once helping anyone who needed it as well as jumping in to help the register staff when the line became a little to long. Overall I highly recommend shopping here

So happy the Newport News location opened because I get to shop in one of my favorite stores all the time! Lots of good bargains especially in the food sections. Customer service is friendly and fast!

Had bought windshield wipers a few weeks ago. when we tried to put them on, they didn't fit. Didn't have the receipt, but the clerk found them on her computer with my Ollie's membership,& gave me a full refund.

Shopping for five double curtains rods. Here they were $14.00; the same rods at Home Depot $42, JC Penny wants $56. So we saved alot!
