This is the best sandwich shop in Arlington! Have been 5 times and the service and food remains the same; 5 stars! The burger was perfectly seasoned and cooked, the Cubano had moist juicy pulled pork, the short rib sandwich is the best (in my opinion) on the board.

The last server we had was Becca and she was awesome! The cocktails were something you expect from a very urban, young chic bar. I was surprised how great they were. This is definitely my go to spot!

The fries here are amazing! Love the sandwiches too. I will say it's a little pricier than I expect for a sandwich + fries, but a fair price for a general meal. They also do take a little longer to make the food than other places (which means they probably make it fresh), but if you have the time and in the mood for a sandwich I'd say it's worth the wait

Great customer service! We tried a few different sandwiches and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The burger and the BLT-ish were our favorites. The service was excellent! We had an issue placing our order online through the Inkind app, but the woman that helped us handled it quickly, asked questions to see how they could better handle Inkind orders for other customers in the future and was friendly and attentive. I meant to ask her name but forgot. She was working the evening of 3/9 at the register. That kind of service is extremely rare these days so it was refreshing and appreciated.

Yummy yummy! I've been wanting to try this place for AGES and finally got the chance to, first let me start off by saying the staff is absolutely amasing and so sweet, appreciate all you guys do. As a foodie/ content creator I usually know right away what I want to eat but this time after looking at their menu for literally months still couldn't decide..SO I asked them to decide for me which turned out perfect. The short rib sandwich was probably some of the best short rib I have had, it almost melted in your mouth and the waffle fries paired so well. I ended up also getting a steak and cheese to go for my partner to have at home (which of course I had a bite from) SO GOOD!! We had frozé & Sangria as well and everything just was so delicious and I will 100% be back. -insta @ SpicyAivy

This place is official. The service was great and the food was sensational. Our host, also named Alex, was outstanding. When we first passed by, we asked about the Cuban sandwich and his response was amazing. We were so impressed that we decided to eat there for lunch.

When we returned, Alex greater us with a smile and suggested the Short Rib sandwich. He told us about the marinade process the meat goes through and I was sold. I got mine with fries. Toasted roll with Chipotle airlines, Avocado, arugula and an Ancho Chile Braised and then Pulled Short Rib topped with Gruyere cheese..... that sounds right up my alley.

Let me tell you the fries were cooked to perfect, such so that I finished 3/4 of em before taking a bite from the sandwich. The Short Rib sandwich did not disappoint. It was packed with layer upon layer of flavor. Such a great sandwich that I just had to rave about it.

The only thing I regret is not taking pictures. Some of the other items I tried were the Home-made, hand-cut chips. They were light crispy and full of flavor. For dessert I went for the Deep fried Oreos. Fenominal. My co-worker and I tried the Chocolate Bread pudding and were just blown away by the awesome goodness we had just experienced.

This is a great place to grab a bite and really enjoy a simple lunch. Top 3 in my sandwich spots List.

Had an amazing dinner here! My husband got the daily special steak and cheese with fries, and I got the short rib sandwich with house ranch chips. We both loved our meals! We were able to taste the sangria with our meals and it paired well with both. Not normally a huge sandwich girl but can’t wait to come back and try more. Customer service was outstanding and prices were much better here than the other ballston quarter options. Also, love the aesthetic here. Talked to the owner and it’s clear that everything’s made fresh and a lot of work is put into the food so it’s not just your average sandwich.

Tried this place for the first time tonight and was not disappointed. Short rib sandwich was delicious - really happy to see a sandwich place in the area that doesn't skimp. Loads of meat and toppings. The side of chips were really good - not too salty or over-flavored (I chose the ranch). Sangria was good - boozy which is preferable. Even the bread pudding was good - not too sweet but not too bland which is a common issue. Definitely recommend checking them out and trying the above. I'll be back to see how the other sandwiches are for sure.

Everything we have ordered from here has been superb! So far we have tried all of their cocktails and loved them (my partner likes the "Que Chido!" and I like the Gin Punch. I also liked their specialty soda, an Agave Vanilla. Their sandwiches are also juicy and delicious-- both the classic Suprette Burger and the Reuben. Their cookies are also really good-- nicy and chewy and flavorful. This place is a bit hidden in the back of the Ballston mall foodcourt, but it's very cute and has inside and outside seating.

Basically we look for every excuse to try new things from here and hope they stick around!

Cute packaging, extremely friendly staff, and an excellent cuban sandwich! Will absolutely go back to try their other offerings. Saw them squeezing fresh limes - guessing their cocktails are lovely.

My go to at the quarter. Easily one of the best sandwich you can get for that price.

I love the BLT sandwich, the pulled pork is fantastic and the sauce goes really well with it. I recommend this dish.

I tried the rib eye, it was good but the portion is like a half sub and expensive if you are comparing subs.

The cubano is a bit different with a tangy taste. I did not like it as much as I thought I would.

The waffle fries or salad is included with the sandwich which makes it a great value. The waffle fries was decent but nothing exceptional. The salad was fresh.

My family and I revisited Superette today for a second time and we were left speechless at how DELICIOUS their food was! We were there about a month ago and had their savory bread pudding but we said that we were going to go back to try their sandwiches and fries.
It was wonderful to see the kind server, Michelle, who helped us with her recommendation of the bread pudding at our last visit. She assisted us with our orders and helped me settle on the blackened chicken sandwich which was PERFECTION! My wife ordered the BLT with extra bacon and our son ordered the short rib sandwich.....the were both 10/10! The fries with the special dipping sauce......10/10. Alllll of the sauces that our server Alexis brought to the table were delicious. We tried them with our fries and on our sandwiches. We also had 2 Superette Sangria's and a Frose'.....SUPER REFRESHING and very tasteful!
The staff at Superette are warm, pleasant and enjoyable. That type of customer service always elevates an already great experience. We are officially loyal customers. Thank you Michelle and Alexis for another gratifying experience at Superette.

This place has an amazing cheesesteak and the frozé was the best I've had in a while. And equally as important the customer service is superb! I highly recommend!!

Ya this is a must go. When I say the staff was the coolest and so nice I mean it. I'm definitely recommending this to my friends and co-worker. First impressions are the best. I'm a drinker and I was baby sitting a single drink. WORTH IT...EVEN MORE. BE THERE REAL SOON. AAVE ME A SEAT!

Tried their bread pudding today....amazing! Michelle was wonderful in her recommendation in my taste for something sweet but not too heavy. It was soooooo delicious that my husband asked for a separate piece on the spot. Michelle's smile, friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service simply elevated our first experience at this cute little establishment. Thank you Michelle!!! I’ve been here twice over the past month, and excellent food and service both times. The portobello melt is delicious whether with fries or salad. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The location—in the Ballston Quarter basement food court—has plenty of seating and space.
