Cava has such an amazing environment all the employees are very friendly served a delicious bowl, Angel one of the managers took my order he was super nice and outgoing, I will be coming back soon for another order! The chicken was well cooked 🙌🏽Everyone is super polite great customer service.

Best Cava in the area. Staff is awesome and extremely friendly. Never been disappointed by the food here, always fresh, cut well , always clean surfaces. I eat here practically everyday

Had a great experience thanks to Angel and Carlos. They both went above and beyond here in making sure I was taken care of. Make sure to get one of the house made drinks. Will be back soon!

Kevin and Carlos are the best! They’re always very polite and efficient, even when the restaurant is extremely busy. One time, their credit card system was down and Carlos helped me place an order online instead and prepared it quickly so I didn’t have to wait. Love this location and will be back many more times! Thank you team 😁

Cava never disappoints!! My food is always great. I am a regular at this branch and Leo always looks after me! He’s very attentive and always has a welcoming smile on his face.

Out of all the eatery spots in the area I always come to this restaurant. The food is clean, the staff are really nice, and it’s always a good atmosphere especially on the weekends because it’s not as busy which means less waiting.

The food is always good. But DAMN, $20 bucks for a salad and a small drink. I did enjoy the salad

This cava is the best i’ve been to in the Arlington/Alexandria area. The workers are excited to serve you, and Angel was extremely generous and friendly. He even came to our table to check on us during our meal. Will be coming back soon!

This place has certainly changed from last year in terms of customer service! I visited this location for the last time at 9:40 this evening. The young man in the serving line gave me an attitude of like he wanted me to get out of his face most expeditiously. The young man at the register, Jason (the name he gave) didn't even know what his co-worker's name was. Neither were wearing a name tag, and the receipt doesn't give the team member's name. I'm saddened by the performance of this crew tonight. I love CAVA and will always be a customer, but not at this location ever again. . .

Well, I finally saw enough of these I decided to give it a try.

Very impressed, I am happy chains have managed to have the same quality in service and product as mom and pops.

Everything was fresh to bursting, all the ingredients had perfect synergy, strong vegetarian AND keto options (and combined) making it less likely I need to head to Chipotle again.

Only complaint/observation (for those who would even be remotely pretentious enough to care) is the 'presentation' of the items, which is somewhat unclear. Also unclear what is expected to be done with it.
I will be back, good sh1t guys!

Music is great. Service was quick and amazing manager is personable and polite. Couldn’t ask for a better experience at cava.
