I loved the apple store. The customer care was great. Lots of tech to see and try out.

I have to say I have bought multiple phone here and the customer service is on point. I came in to get my son's iphone screen replace and I was helped by Nick , he was very helpful and understanding and very patient. Nick helped me understand the process. I will definitely recommend anyone to come to this location.

My Apple Watch Series 5 recently had a battery issue and my Applecare had expired previously. Jackson was so helpful I could not recommend his help enough! He made sure we knew any new features and to not be hesitant to ask. Upon a little more time I decided to go through with purchasing the Apple Watch 9 in pink.

No complaints what so ever. My Mac has a battery problem, had to visit this store to get it fixed. Customercare was able to attend on the given scheduled time. Great Communication, repair, transparency. I was able to get the repaired Mac way ahead of schedule.

Staff is really polite and go out of the way to help customers.

My wife had a broken screen on her iPhone 14 pro and had Apple care plus on it. They fixed it in an hour, even though we were there late at night.

They had good stores in their mall. I liked it there, if you have an Apple phone take it to them they will fix you right up, and fast. I'm the Apple store at Mall

Came here to buy an iPhone, and I was helped immediately and in and out in just 16 minutes. This experience was night and day compared to my usual phone-buying experience at t-mobile

This is my local Apple store. Come here for purchases and all repairs. It’s always packed so it’s great to schedule an appointment before hand. They are very attentive with the customers.

I had a really good experience with Xavier at the Fair Oaks location. My daughter cracked her iPhone screen and he was able to answer any and every question I had. He was very customer focused and I walked out the door with a smile on my face. Thank you, Xavier!

This store is really busy one but their staff is always available to help customers and tries to help as much as they could, differently recommended

Employees work together to provide great customer service

Third visit in the week - Monday, Thursday and Friday achieving final set up of iPhone 12 Pro Max which was purchased on Thursday’s adventure. Store manager, Tom, completed the job on the third visit, Friday, April 23 in 38 minutes flat having exquisite result following 2 earlier mediocre attempts.

I have purchased 2 Macbook Pro laptops, 1 iPad and 5 iPhones at this store. My experience in all instances of setting up devices has been excruciatingly painful. The exercise is massively time consuming. It has been about a year since my last visit and I notice now the geniuses require agreement to a verbal disclaimer before engaging in work that, in fact, some data may be lost in their efforts. I am guessing my past experiences are not unique. I appreciate Tom’s patience and skill for a satisfying result.

Nothing extraordinary about the layout but the customer server was impeccable! Positive attitudes all throughout the store!

I’ve had several consecutive good experiences at this store. On two occasions I ended up not getting old computers repaired and what I appreciated most was the fact that the staff didn’t try to make an extra buck off me. Instead they gave me good advice. I’ve ended up buying a new phone and a new MacBook Pro from them. The Pro had to be specially configured and still it arrived at my house the next day. Always friendly and helpful staff.

I went here to return an iPad and I was amazed by how beautiful the workers here were. I was thinking they should be modeling instead of working for apple. So wow

Fun conversational staff. Reasonable wait times for scheduled appointments. Be aware that they do not allow long sit-ins due to covid so if you're attempting to transfer data or something that could take a while you may have to leave or do it yourself.

I bought 1 Apple Phone and 1 apple watch. Store is big but they need good programme to take care of the customers. Sometimes People wait around 15 minutes to Find someone. Overall it is good.

Very clean and organized due to the covid situation,very friendly and helpful. My second iPad air ,recommend this place for sure.
