Everything was delicious!! One of our favorite Brazil steakhouses. Megan was a fantastic server and the food was yummy. This is an all you can eat place so take your time. Wonderful salad and cheese bar but the meats are the best. Tons of meat options to choose from. Don't see something you like? Order your meat specail with the server.

A consistently amazing experience, and we have been visiting this restaurant almost every year for our anniversary for several years. The experience is unlike any other. They start with drinks and these delectable cheesy rolls, then comes a salad bar like I have never seen before. The salad bar itself would have me coming here every day it is so unique and delicious with their offerings of Brazilian vinaigrette, couscous salad, shrimp salad, bacon, cucumber and tomato salad, arugula, romaine lettuce, assorted olives, tomatoes, mozzarella, asparagus, various soups and Basques, and other vegetables. It is amazing and has this gorgeous giant assortment of flowers flowing above the salad bar as a center piece. Then, the server brings you these little "coasters" that you turn from red to green to signal the "meat parade" to stop at your table and offer what type of steak, bacon/parmesan chicken, ribs, lamb chops, sausages, etc. You decide what you would like to try and either the servers will cut and slide it onto your plate, themselves, or you use a tiny pair of tongs to hold the meat at they cut it. They also bring garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas to cleanse the palette between tastings. Later, your server will ask if there anything you would like to come out again. There is an extensive menu of wines, champagne, cocktails, beer, and other drinks to choose from as well as an elaborate dessert and cheese menu that they will show you toward the end of your meal. Highly recommend the bacon chicken and the skirt steak. It is expensive, but trust me, you get what you pay for and so much more! You have to try this place. It will not disappoint!

Kevin and Edgar are great managers to host a large group of people. We felt very welcome, and the food was delicious. I got the Carrot Cake for dessert, which was great after all the good food. Thanks for making my Bday Special

This place never disappoints. Great service by the staff. Fantastic work by the chefs. Good quality cuts, and good wine selection.
The desserts are amazing per usual (even the plate temp is proper for the plate type)
The rice, potatoes, and mushrooms make for my favorite sides with all their meats.
This specific branch is my favorite Brazilian Steak House I’ve been to so far between LA, DC, and SD.

Amazing food. Attentive (but very busy) service. Atmosphere was delightful (but slightly crowded because it's amazing). Def a place to go for a special occasion, although the lunch deals during the week are tempting.

I've not always been a fan of Brazilian Steakhouses. But this place turned me on to them. From the deliciously fresh salad bar, to the great collection of meats, to the well recommended wines, I will def be returning and bringing friends.

Wow what an awesome place. First time here and everything was great. Amazing food. Great service. All around a great place. We all enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Beautiful decor as well! Desserts were top notch as well!!

Never fails to impress me. This place is great for any type of social gatherings. Never seen staff working so hard. Always busy, if they are not serving, they are cleaning or resetting tables, ensuring floors are spotless and back to being attentive to customers. Carlos was our server. We made a point of finding out when he worked as he was so professional, engaging, attentive but not overly so. Great experience. Food was great. Salad bar is above and beyond the normal lettuce and tomato. Food in abundance. Honestly, you you ever leave this place hungry, something has gone drastically wrong. Not the run of the mill cheapo place to eat but you really get what you pay for. Fantastic experience. If you want a quiet romantic intimate meal for two, forget the quiet bit 🤪🤪🤪. Kids are made welcome and there is every type of food for everyone. If after all of the salad bar and the endless supply of meat (if you don’t turn card from green to red) it just keeps coming. Try it, you will love it and a well deserved 5/5 stars. Ten if I could. Love it 😍

All of the food was top notch - the salad bar, the side dishes, the meat, the dessert. Good specials. The service by Jorge was phenomenal!! I highly recommend asking for him!! Will definitely be going back!!

First time at Texas De Brazil and enjoyed the food and ambiance with the family. They were very quick to respond to bring some it the different cuts of meat and all the servers were very polite and tentative. Lots of different side options to go with your meal. We left there stuffed and fully satisfied with the overall food quality. We will definitely be back again here soon.

Once again, what a fantastic dinner by the folks at Texas de Brazil in Fair Oaks. We visited on our anniversary and the meal was simply amazing! From the moment we entered the doors our host was on top of his game and catered to our every need. He began with an awesome bottle of wine at a discounted price point and it kicked the night off properly. We particularly love the Picana (sirloin steak) and the salad bar is as fresh as can be. If you stop in, recommend making a reservation first as this restaurant is packed and very popular. We love this place and will continue visiting on for all our future anniversaries or other special occasions.

Relaxed ambiance. The salad bar had great selection and the meat cuts were excellent. Special shout out to Andea! Her attentive service made our experience even more memorable.

The food here, especially the steak, is exceptional. There is a bit of a language barrier among the servers (unless you speak Portuguese). However the server did pay close attention to our party and even got us lamb chops when we requested them. It is also a little chaotic if you’re sitting in the middle of the dining area, due to the numerous servers coming by to slice off meat. But the food here is the main thing and all of it is terrific.

Decent place for an ‘all you can eat’ steakhouse. The place is neat and they have a wide selection on the self-serve vegetable section. I loved the smoked Salmon in the vegetable section. The big flowers in the middle isle are so amazing. Waiters are so great as well. It is worth going to this place.

It feels like Texas de Brazil deserves more credit for it's contribution to the surrounding food scene. Asides from bringing a new food culture over a decade ago, Texas de Brazil continues to thrive as a very strong tenant amongst the fading mega mall surrounding. Nonetheless, Texas de Brazil has held its attention to service, quality to meats, and the idea of AYCE in a high-end celebratory setting for all to enjoy. I hope Texas de Brazil remains a staple for decades to come.

While I can talk about the tremendous and delicious meats offered, there's nothing I can offer that you as the reader cannot already find out from other pictures and reviews. However, there are a couple fantastic finds where Texas de Brazil shines compared to other recent Brazilian BBQ competitors: availability of Xingu (dark, always get the dark) Brazilian beer and dessert selection. Hence why I've only uploaded pics for what have been my sole reasons for eating at Texas de Brazil recently. I hope you find these items complement your dinner well.

Everything is good,but service is little slow.
Filetmignon is very tender.

My husband and I, along with a friend, went on Sunday, 11/12. this year to celebrate Veteran's Day. Luckily, it was not too packed at the time, and the food, service, drinks and ambiance all turned out exceptional. Karina, who turned out to be our main waitress was perhaps the best one we've had in a awhile. I would highly recommend her for exceptional customer service and patient accommodation. The only issue we've had, at the end, is the military discount. We were only given 10% vs 25%. It was basically advertised everywhere that the military discount was going to be 25%. Looked like we struck gold everywhere, except when it comes to price at the end.

After a long day of shopping this was the perfect place to have brunch. Be careful when you 'flip to green' though lol as the meat will flow abundantly. I thought the staff was going to sing be our guest as they surrounded the table with racks of meat. I enjoyed the brunch bar as well. Everything was delicious and fresh. Worth the price just bring a good appetite. Good food, great service! My whole family enjoyed. Don't forget to check out their desserts if you save room. The chocolate cake was a perfect finisher.

One of the best. Food is great, salad bar is awesome, and meat is the yummiest.
However, the best service and most friendly staff. They care so much to provide the best service. Eat as much as you can and enjoy it. Price is 52 for adults , which is $7 cheaper than Fogo de Chao, and kids less than 6 eat for $5 children 6-12 eat for half the price

Great food! Cream of Jalepeno Soup was awesome. Flank steak was flavorful and tender. The only downer was the place was way too crowded and wait staff couldn't keep up with the orders. There should be 2 more salad stations. Also, no bread anywhere and the servers did not keep anything stocked!
