I bought about 2 weeks ago a 2010 Toyota Prius from Guarantee Automaxx, and I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase experience!!! Ray was so helpful and professional, my the process very hassle-free. The car has an As-Is warranty but drives like a dream. I was searching for a Jaguar in a specific interior/exterior color combo with low miles and in a specific body style for months….basically, I was looking for a dang unicorn. Eventually, I found it three states away at Guaranteed Automaxx. My salesman Phillip was an absolute pleasure to work with. My car was in tip-top shape at the time of purchase. Unfortunately things happen, and a repair was needed shortly after I purchased the vehicle and although I fully understood that I bought a pre-owned vehicle AS-IS and I did not opt for the extended warranty - Phillip literally said, “I want you to be happy with your purchase and I’ll take care of it.” and HE DID! I’m extremely happy with my car. I would definitely buy here again and I highly recommend buying your unicorn from Phillip too. Excellent customer service & integrity!

From the second I enter the parking lot I was greeted and felt welcome. We had a very good experience with Guarantee Automaxx. We purchased a used car and worked with Ray who was extremely helpful, friendly, and very down to earth. We knew what we wanted, negotiated, and we were in and out of there in less than one hour. They also took care of our title, registration, and we received our new tags before the temp ones expired. I've been to other used car dealerships and seen cars that you could not pay me to own. In my opinion, if you're looking for a used car, I highly recommend Guarantee Automaxx. These guys are the real deal. I bought a Prius from them and traded in my old Sienna about a month ago and the experience could not have been easier. Everyone there was extremely friendly and answered every question I had about the car. I ended up taking the car to a pre-purchase inspection facility, but they found nothing wrong with it. My new Prius was reasonably priced, especially for the condition it is in, and I could not be happier with how it's operated since purchase. The new tags showed up on time a month later, and I am just very impressed by this facility. If you see a car you like here, don't hesitate.

The prices are good, they have a nice selection. The people are really nice, I was helped by a man named Jay. He made sure that my credit score stayed level and didn't check it multiple times because they have a financial adviser here to help. The 3 year warranty takes care of any issues I have with my car with only a 100 dollar deductible and they have nice clean Cars. The cars are accident free and they make buying a car easy and give you extra pointers on everything and you don't have to go to the dmv to get anything done. They even washed my cat for me after I got it.

I drove 2-1/2 hours to the dealership and Ray had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. He addressed all my concerns, we struck a deal and he moved the process along quickly and painlessly - drove home with a quality vehicle. I usually only buy from private sellers, but this was a good experience.

I had a great buy and delivery experience. Ray gave me a tour via video and zhown me any imperfection to be open. He sent me papers to teview and sign overnight. When I was looking up transport companies he aready had a delivery lined up. I bought a BMW Z4 and it all was done in 3 days with delivery. All was as I expected. Would recommend them if you are in the market for purchase of a vehicle.
