A REAL PERSON always answers the phone, and I have always managed to get on the schedule within a few days. The work has been done professionally and on time, and I find the pricing to be very reasonable. Five stars!

On a busy day, I had to add a clogged toilet to my list of things to take care of. Luckily, I knew Ehret Plumbing would be the company to call on short notice. They removed my toilet and ran the snake to unclog my toilet. They completed the job quickly and I had enough time left to complete the rest of my errands throughout the rest of the day. Ehret repaired and replaced our floor furnace heating system. Included in that was an electronic ignitor that did not come with the furnace (the manufactured ignitor that came with the furnace did not work well) — they modified the furnace to use this electronic ignitor. All together, the system works flawlessly — perfectly. The technician, Josh A., did a truly magnificent job and Ehret even provided an extended warranty for the ignitor system since the original manufactured ignitor that came with the heater had not worked well. All in all, a truly fine group of people who made the whole process work — from the office staff, to the management, to Josh, the engineer who put it all together. My uncle forwarded me this company, I needed my kitchen sink unclogged. While Marvin was here, I let him know the nozzle to my garden hose was leaking. I had the parts to change it out but wasn’t comfortable doing it. After running the snake in my kitchen drain, he went ahead and just did it for free since it was just an easy swap with his expertise. There’s predatory plumbing companies out there, this is not one of them. No hassle, no overselling, honest and friendly.

This company has done minor plumbing repairs and major repairs from copper or pex pinholes to installing replacement valves and upgrading water heaters. There is definitely a reason I have kept using this company for about three years.

Ehret plumbing installed a gas line to my fireplace so I could convert it from wood to gas. Everything they did from the initial estimate to the installation work to the courteousness of the office personnel to the finish work was very professional. Even the City inspector said they did a very nice job. All of the people at Ehret that I dealt with were extremely friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to do business with this company.
