Convenient.

General gas station with a small convenience store. Does not provide repairs; no special emitaties. Good location, with easy access off Lee Highway, just south of Harrison Street in Arlington County, VA.

No mobile pay and no Shell rewards. Entering phone number does nothing.

This used to be my go to gas station but now the credit card reader is often not working. The cashier doesn't seem to care. They have a phone pay system that has never worked for me.

They sell alcohol to minors and, don’t take Apple pay.

Major inconvenience for me, total convenience for 16 year olds trying to get drunk on the weekend.

Let’s change that.

Air pump did not work. Attendant got belligerent when I asked for my change to be refunded.

No respectful. They didn't respect appointment schedule.
No proper maintenance and services. I didn't seen in my life this kind of customer service.
Feeling bad.
