Regal Fairfax Towne Center

This theater is nice and quaint. The staff are friendly and helpful. The navigation is easy. There is ample parking and spacious entrances. The Concession stands are clean and freshly stocked. The theater seats are nice, clean and climate controlled well. The reclining seats are very modern. I really enjoyed one love...Bob Marley

Went to see Migration on February 25, 2024. The seats were very comfortable and the theater was super clean. The young lady that was checking our tickets - her name is Hani - was a delight. I had not stepped into a theater probably since COVID and was really helpful in explaining where everything was to my sister, nephew, and me. On a weird note - I noticed that the trays holding the packaged condiments (relish, mustard, and ketchup) were beautifully organized. I mean they were neatly stacked in symmetrical rows. I commented to Hani that whoever took the time to organize the packets is a rock star because it was nice to see that someone took the time to make the condiment center look appealing and tidy. Turns out, it was Hani that took the time to do that. The little things like that speak volumes about an employee who clearly takes pride in their work and their commitment to customer service. Bravo, Hani!

Regal Cinema is a well known name in Washington d.c. area, this Fairfax location is not much visible from the street, but is located within the shopping center. I watched a movie in Theater 4 which did not offer seating in theatre style meaning ground was level and not in slanting position, but it did offer leather electronics recliners, but luckily there was no one in front of me and I had to recline that seat down to be able to view the whole screen, I was lucky. Main Entrance is from the shopping center strip means sidewalk with a big lumanated sign, but one has to go up the steps only 2flights and they do not offer an elevator from this entrance, which was fine with me bit felt odd as I was capable and like steps anyways. As the Theater is on 2ns or 3rd floor one can enter from a multi-story garage entrance at very ease but not a typical grand entrance. Ambiance once inside is good and enjoyable, it offers video games in lobby, restrooms and very long check in and refreshment counter which offers popcorns, hot items which I have a picture of the menu. I am also posting video of steps entrance, street entrance, garage itself in respect to entrance. Enjoy your experience and movie, sound system was excellent as always in a regular Theater.

The theater was much more comfortable than AMC in Reston. Friendly staff. Clean all over. I went to the restrooms and wow it was so clean. Literally nothing dirty in the restrooms at all clean seats and sinks. I would definitely come back.

I used to come to the Fairfax town center regal theaters as a kid and it’s so nice to be able to bring my kids back to such an awesome family friendly theater.

Lots of parking in the area near the theater. The seats were by reserving online or at the ticket center there so no worries about where you and yours will be seating. The seats were fantastic, clean, and they reclined but still allowed room for others to pass so it wasn't a bother if folks had to get up during the movie. Staff seemed to be mostly teenagers but they were all very polite and efficient at their duties. Nearby there are also several restaurants which makes makes my rating 5 stars overall! I'll be going here again to be sure.

I love this movie theater. The popcorn is always stellar, and the people who work here are chill and friendly. But most importantly, the chairs are some of the most comfortable chairs in the industry. They are new, well taken care of, padded, and have electric reclining seats. I challenge you to find a better theater. We will soon be moving, and the worst thing to leave behind are not friends, but this theater. May it live longer than we do.

Perfect spot for small theater viewing. Loud enough sound but not surround, screen is large without being overwhelming, and seating is limited. Aisles are nice and wide so you don't have to step on anyone while getting to your seat. Everything was clean and quiet in the lobby. There are entrances to the garage second level, as well as to the first floor entrance parking. 100% recommend for small theater lovers like me!

Ready to watch "Angel has fallen"!!! I love these theatres...although this time, to be fair, I have to say, that one of the recliner seat was broken....so it didn't recline🙄😐(auditorium number 9, raw D, seat 10)

Today was our first time in this theater. This theater is very clean, spacious, and we really enjoyed watching the movie here! I highly recommend! We will definitely return.

Best reclining seats I've ever used. You can practically lay flat on your back fully extended. One of my favorite theatres by far around here.

Haven't been to a movie in a long time. Great way to spend the rainy afternoon.

I hadn't been to this theater in many many years but saw the Batman Lego movie with some family members on Wednesday. Was I pleasantly surprised! The seats are just great - plenty of room with a power recline function. There is absolutely no crowding which I enjoyed as a family with young children sat next to me and it wasn't bad. The sound was good. I also appreciated the matinee price, the reserved seating and the buy ahead ticketing option. I will definitely try this again. The only negative to this theater, as far as I can see, is access. I'm sure there must be handicapped access somewhere but I failed to find it and lugged my old lady body up all the stairs instead. I would suggest a sign on the door pointing out handicapped access.

My boyfriend & I had the nicest experience with the young lady checking tickets Saturday afternoon 10/1/2022. She was extremely helpful, knew where everything was, & had a great genuine energy. Thank you for your kindness & bringing some extra joy to our rainy Saturday afternoon.

Great seats and usually quiet and has all the latest movies!

Always great service. I have the unlimited plus plan and I can't be any happier. I love the fact that I can watch all the foreign movies I want anywhere I want and that means when I am anywhere in the States since I travel very often.

This is my favorite go to theater in the area. If my movie is playing at this theater, I always choose it over the others based on their superior staff and food. The staff is usually pretty friendly and always polite. The snacks are consistently good. They have the best popcorn of all the theaters ....not sure what makes it better but its delicious. The recliners are awesome. There are kiosks to buy tickets as well as ticket windows, however if you buy tickets online they just scan it on your phone... makes it so easy! I try to come at least once every week or so. Also, always plenty of parking on level 3 where the theater is.

Recently visited on a holiday. They had special deals for earlier times. Chairs were super comfortable and plenty of space between the seats. Helpful, friendly staff and the place seemed to be clean and well-maintained. If you park outside, you have to walk up the stairs and garage parking is also available. Noticed they also started playing international movies!

Although I did not have the experience of eating or buying food at this theater, I have to say the experience is amazing! The seats are clean, can transform into recliners, and can make you feel very comfortable! This might be different from your local movie theater, as you must climb some stairs to reach the second floor. The staff are very friendly and will guide you to your designation.
