Good morning, I'm excited to leave my review for 'Red Ribbon Bakeshop' after an amazing visit. I'm giving it 5 stars without hesitation, especially for their empanadas, which are, frankly, the best I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. Not only was the food remarkable, but the presentation of the dishes and customer service were both top-notch. I was treated with a warmth and professionalism that is rare to see, making me feel truly valued. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good food and exceptional service. It's definitely a spot I plan to return to.

We ordered the mango roll cake for my mom's birthday online for pickup. It was super quick to pick up the cake. The cake tasted delicious with a good amount of mango flavor.

I had red ribbon for the 1st time today and it was the best cake I’ve ever had!!!

I highly recommend the Ube coconut roll it’s not too sweet and it tastes so moist and light.

I’ll definitely come back here for more!

I was at the soft opening earlier today and got a free cake. I have NEVER had a better mango cake than this one! I believe it is called Mango Supreme Cake. It is so delicious!

Lots of good Filipino cakes (mango, yema)! My all time faves Brazo de Mercedez and Sans Rival and empanadas. Mask and social distancing are imposed!

I bought a cake today and it was old and the bread was very dry I really didn't think it would be that bad because I had previously bought one and it was very good and this time I was disappointed 11/16/22

Stopped into this shop to give it a try. Only 3 people in line ahead of me so I assumed things would move swiftly.
Unfortunately, things did not. I waited 30 minutes to be helped There were 3 staff but only one was helping at the counter. One was counting out a register whilst the third helped bring items from the back.
Inefficient, and unorganized, the only saving grace was the empanadas. They were pretty good though I'm not sure they're good enough for a repeat experience.

May I suggest to the staff. Don't be disgusting, when you hand over the plastic utensils hold it by the handle not by the scoop of the spoon, common sense is not a talent. Also, you gave me a tray soaking wet and dirty.

Today Sunday late afternoon and I order 1 regular iced avocado and I waited for 30 mins. The guy cashier gave my order to another Lady that he didn’t even realized I was first . He didn’t even ask for a number but when the lady went up to register and asked him if that was her order and the cashier gave it to her without askin for her number. I was ahead of her. Just because we ordered same drink for only 1- doesn’t mean the order was rightfully hers. I was very disappointed at the cashier. And I waited for another 10 minutes until I went up to the register and ask for my order. They didn’t even apologize or anything! The cashier said oh I don’t know. And the other guy cashier oh here you go! No apologies or anything like it’s my fault! That is so rude!!!! I also had a mother that was waiting for me from the Bus stop.

We asked the cashier if we can have a new pack of mocha mamon since the display will expire after 2 days...
Since we saw boxes of mamon in the counter to be pack, we ask if we can have a new one. The girl flatly said NO, SHE CAN'T SELL IT TO US...WOW, FLATLY RUDE. They rather not sell, bad customer service!!!!
