I've been using Terry and his crew for 4 years now and couldn't be happier. We have a weekly cleaning and chemical service that is great. He works us into his schedule if we have special requests or any issues. And, the pricing is more than reasonable. Be confident in your choice if you choose Terry and Integrity!

Terry and Integrity are top notch. Before we began using Integrity we used an overpriced large pool company. Then we switched to a smaller pool service company that did not provide good customer service or pool care. Terry is honest, dependable and reasonably priced. He even helped us convert to a salt water pool system which has saved us money by eliminating pool chemicals. Great company!

Terry closed our pool last year and he just opened it for the season. It is second time he works with our pool. He did a great job, he gave us instructions in how to do somethings. He is very knowledgable, I do recommend him.

Terry has the worst customer service. We were scheduled for a weekly service and never knew the timeframe they’d come around, never even left behind any sort of report. As brand new customers we called in to ask how things were going, what time of the day they were coming at, and the response was “if you don’t hear from us consider it a good thing”. Terry was quick to get angry, and jump off the job. Don’t ask questions and don’t call them in for anything or they’ll just drop you like the other post mentioned!

After working with Terry for 2 years Terry just stopped responding to our repeated requests for service until I finally had to ask him via text if we should look for another company to service our pool. He finally responded by saying, "yes, your property is a little far out for us being we are in Powhatan." Completely out of left field given that he has been servicing our pool in Glen Allen for the past 2 summers. This is not the way to treat existing customers.
