Towers Park

Lovely dog park with plenty of free tennis balls knocked over the fence from the tennis courts. It has a separate fenced area for small dogs or dogs who need their own space for whatever reason. Also lit up at night up until 11pm. We hear it's busiest around 7a-8a weekday mornings.

Still love this park. She had a good time today in the snow. Rarely are there any issues with other dogs or owners.

Very happy with Towers Dog Park. Very clean, has evening lighting, several park benches and tables, secure in and out access for your dog, people are friendly here. Enough room for you pup to get a good run and go, ground cover is sand, grass.
The fence line is secure also, there are no gaps for your dog to sneak through.

This is a review for the dog park only.

I've been taking my 6.5 month puppy here for the past 2 months without much issues. I've seen a few fights break out but they never escalated too much, owners are quick to intervene. My puppy has gotten herself into a few fights (some dogs don't like her) but again, owners are quick to intervene and most of the dogs here are very well-behaved. There is always a dog or two that resource guards, which I don't understand (why bring your dog here if they clearly have RG issues? Unsafe! This dog park is littered with tennis balls and some people bring and leave toys here) My puppy loves this park despite a few scary experiences. I'll continue to watch her like a hawk in the park until I know she can handle herself better and doesn't become an easy target due to her age and size, but despite the faults that come with all dog parks I like this place the best. Yes unfortunately some owners don't pick up after their dogs and the outskirts grass area has lots of dog poop that's long dried up. Didn't see it when it happened or ignored it, who knows. I've seen one owner purposely ignore their own dog's poop (they clearly saw it happen, I was watching) and just leash him up and leave after before, so it happens. I've tried out many dog parks in the area and this one is the one I always come back to, and the one my puppy feels at most ease with. Just be aware of what's good and bad. Always a fun day when she goes to the park.

I am only rating the tennis courts. Probably the best I've played in the county. There are 4 courts, and 2 caged with walls to practice/warm-up. Courts are very well kept, and north south oriented. Lots of seating, benches, and some shade to rest. They have artificial lights so you can play after the sunset

Great little space in Arlington, with some great old trees providing shade over the grass and basketball courts. A new playground is under construction, it looks awesome, can’t wait to bring the littles.

The tennis courts are well maintained. The playground is ok. The dog park is nice as well. Parking is ok

For tennis, there are 4 courts, and 2 hit walls. Courts are very well kept, and north south. Lots of seating, benches, and some shade. The hit walls are caged in. Be wary of hitting balls out as there is a dog park on the other side of the fence; doing so may result in whatever ball hit over being lost/ruined.

Best dog park in the area bar-none. Responsible pet-owners, not crowded and plenty of tennis balls.

Best tennis courts in Arlington. However, no bathroom. It was nice when I lived nearby. The courts were resurfaced a couple years ago, and feel brand new. Dog park allows for GREAT dog sightings. Including a samoyed on saturday mornings.

The dog park is one of the finest in Arlington. Shade, water, tennis balls galore, and two actual parks (one for smaller or aggressive dogs). I have been coming here for years and will say that the many guests that I’ve seen are very diligent about caring for their dogs both from when they are playing and picking up after. This park is also lighted and the only thing that could be added is a few more lights in the corners.

So much fun! Tons of dogs and people. I love that there is both grass and little stones (not fine gravel). Both my dog and I had an excellent time! Lots of parking too.

Plenty of picnic tables to work from and a sand beach volleyball court and a number of tennis courts, to boot!

A small and wonderful dog park. It’s a lot easier to keep track of your dog in comparison to others in the area (i.e. Shirlington) and every owner I have seen has kept a watchful eye on their dog/been very nice.

Parking is easy and water is available.

Super great park!! Slightly smaller, but really nice, lots of picnic tables, water, and a cool obstacle for dogs! Cramped parking, because there's a lot next to the park, like tennis courts, etc. Definitely going again!

Played tennis here Saturday evening starting 9:45pm. Parking was unavailable and had to resort to parking at guest parking at a nearby apartment complex and risk being towed. Tennis courts are in great condition and the lights are one of the best in the area.

Lovely little dog park behind the tennis courts. I'd be a bit reluctant if there were more than a couple dozen dogs inside, but that's never happened to me. Along with tables, benches, a cement walk and some grass - it has an eternal supply of fetching balls as long as players like me use the courts.

Nice place for group or family activities

Beautiful, animal friendly park at the middle of Arlington. Usually filled with folks picnicking, sin bathing, barbecuing, dogs running about. Also has tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, dog park, and a kids play area. It is right adjacent to a trail so you do see people biking and running as well! Definitely one of the better parks around the Arlington area.

Clean, small, neighborhood dog park.

Great dog park with plenty of shade. The tennis courts look really well kept too. There's also a couple fenced off walls for hitting by yourself.
