CVS

I've never had a problem here, the pharmacist seemed great and I did my flu shot here.

Recently had to return to this pharmacy for a medication fill after a doctors appt. Though I had not been to this CVS for 3 years and in a time crunch to make it to work on time the staff was so positive and went out of their way to help me in a tight situation. I know from 20 plus years in NO VA, that most CVS locations have their challenges but the particular people at this pharmacy went above and beyond their scope to satisfy my needs. Kudos to them as they deal with so many customers.

Pharmacist came through big time when I was in a pinch with my medication. Saved me from a week without needed prescriptions. Thank you!!

I really like all of the people who work there on the Columbia pike store. I am a regular customer and they are all so pleasant and very helpful.It's not easy dealing with the public today and I know,I am a hairdresser. My mother went to this store and Kennedy, helped her out, walked thorough the process of making a collage, he was very polite and helpful. My mom came back all happy with her photo, a cactus an a story of this nice gentleman that helped her out.

The pharmacy is great and works hard to resolve issues which I’m sure is hard given the volume of customers

Soy cliente frecuente de esta CVS y en lo particular el personal que labora ayi son muy amables y muy atentos únicamente que ellos pasan bien ocupados ordenando productos pero hay personas que son muy impacientes incluso hasta he visto cómo tratan mal a los empleados únicamente porque quieren que los atiendan rápido viendo que ellos están ocupados atendiendo a otro cliente a veces por algo tan cencillo he visto que tratan mal a los empleados a veces hay personas que van a devolver cosas y si los empleados no hacen lo que el cliente dice los insultan es algo que en mi manera de pensar no debería de pasar todos merecemos respeto primero que nada ser pacientes segundo tener educación porque de la manera que nos dirijamos o nos expresemos de esa misma manera seremos atendidos ellos trabajan duro acomodando cada cosa en su lugar para que cuando uno llegue encuentre con facilidad las cosas muchas personas piensan que porque pagan las cosas creen que lo pueden comprar todo no es así si damos sonrisas recibimos sonrisas si tratamos con amabilidad así seremos atendidos pero si vamos con una cara de pocos amigos y rematando con el que se ponga enfrente no así no lo siento si mi comentario es molesto para algunas personas pero simplemente es la realidad.
