Courtyard by Marriott Stafford Quantico

My wife and I have stopped at this Marriott several times, on are way to Florida. We have always found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful. The bartender/ server (Eddie) in the cafe , even the staff at the front desk remembered us from the year before. The room this last stay was very clean and well appointed. The rate is more than fare at 130-140 bucks. Thank you to the staff at this location. This Marriott has become one of are favorite overnight stops as snow birds going south and north with the season.

Stayed here with my kids, and the place is great. It is very clean everywhere, the room was spectacular and the front desk service was super friendly. I recommend it 💯 and will absolutely stay again.

We stay here everytime we come to the area. This review is specifically for the staff Alfred and Madi, front desk Chris and Beca, and Ann and Kat. They are AWESOME!! Alfred and Madi are the main reason we usually prefer to eat meals at the hotel instead of going out. Chris is always a friendly face when we check-in in the afternoon and routinely greets regulars by name as they walk in the door. Beca always remembers our coffee in the am before we can even ask. And Ann and Kat are great ambassadors for the brand. On the few occasions that we needed a room at the last minute, they have never let us down. This whole team always go out of their way to ensure the customer is always taken care of and should be the benchmark for Marriott customer service. Well done!

4.3 sounds about right based solely on the room. However the young lady with the lovely smile at the front desk was so helpful and that makes this stay 5/5!

We enjoyed our two-day stay. The Courtyard was a fine place to stay. We'd gladly stay there again.

Have stayed at this property since it first opened in Stafford.

During this visit, myself and my wife had the pleasure of meeting Chris , manning the front desk on the 3-11 shift, and Chris is all about guest satisfaction, extremely helpful, and provides excellent service and support.
We asked him for some assistance with finding locations to buy some items and he was immediately able to provided exactly what we needed.
He has a very friendly and accommodating disposition and is very customer service oriented.
He represents Marriott and their brand well.
As for the hotel, it is very well kept, very clean, rooms serviced well, and the lobby Starbucks Bistro is outstanding. The food and service are great.
Finally, at this hotel where everything works and plenty of meeting space for the business traveler with computers and printers that deliver.
Excellent location for government personnel visiting Quantico and for contractors supporting federal government customers.
Recommend this hotel for travelers, business, tourist, and stay to support family events.

Service is top notch. Food is better than any hotel of this level. I was truly impressed. The only thing I could offer is.... I am not a fan of the communal, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the wall in the shower. There are a lot of freaks out there and you have no idea who had the room before you. I just do not trust them.

We cannot say enough good things about the experience we had at this hotel. We enjoyed speaking with Alfred, and were so very grateful for his hospitality. Both Ann and Angel at the front desk were absolutely delightful in every way. Please be patient and kind to the staff as it seems they’re short staffed. We had a wonderful stay, and were so happy and comfortable. We will definitely return soon!

Friendly staff, rooms are nice and clean.

Stayed here this past weekend and was really happy with our experience. The hotel itself is very nice and our rooms were modern and immaculately clean. We all discussed how nice the beds were - especially the sheets! Food for breakfast was great and the warm chocolate chip cookies at the front desk are a really sweet touch.

Was here visiting my brother. The room was very clean. The fire place outside was relaxing and we had a few drinks. All of the employees were very kind and helpful.

Great hotel for a drop in stay at on a road trip. Rates are fair, Starbucks available in the morning, and front desk staff is very accommodating. The hotel is clean and rooms appear to have undergone a recent renovation. The young man at the front desk that checked me in the late afternoon of 11/26 was wonderful. I recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel. Clean, staff was friendly, check in was quick. Sad the pool was closed but we had other things to do anyways.
Room was very large, great space, and lots of room for us and 3 kids.

Check out the green smoothie for breakfast - but ask for no syrup if you are watching your sugar calories!

I spent several weeks here for work, and the team working at this hotel made me feel welcome and at home. Everyone working the desk, the kitchen, and the bar were super friendly and professional. I received exceptional service during my entire stay and I highly recommend this hotel!

The Courtyard had the highest ratings out of all the hotels in the area. I had a very pleasant stay while I was there. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and was able to check me in very quickly. The room was very clean and I had no issue while I was there. I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean hotel.

I stayed here about 2 weeks ago and I enjoyed my short but memorable stay. I had gotten in late at night and Josh had greeted me at the front desk. He made sure I knew how to get to my room and told me about all the available amenities at the Courtyard. I ended up extending my stay by one day and the process was very easy. I missed breakfast so I didn't get to experience that but there are plenty of places around the area to enjoy. I've stayed here before so that is another reason I came back. You can tell the hotel had been hit by covid so the staff was a bit scarce. The room was clean but could've been a tad bit cleaner. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely come back.

Outstanding customer service from staff, especially Allison from the front desk. She and the other staff were friendly, courteous and professional. I stayed there for a wedding and Allison went out of her way to accommodate me so that i could be ready in time for the wedding. rooms are very clean and appear to be new or recently renovated. This appears to be the best hotel option in the area.

Loved everything about this property and I stay at a lot of hotels at this price point. The only thing I didn’t like was the vent above the bed. It was not adjustable and it ran 24/7 which dried out my skin, lips, etc. extensively.
