Quality Inn Hayward

My husband and I are having an extended stay here and everyone is very friendly. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is your normal continental breakfast. One person in particular stood out from the rest at the front desk. Lorena, thank you for all your helpful communication through our stay! She even gave us “go to” restaurants and good areas to sight see. Good customer service is hard to come by these days so i appreciate that and would stay at this location if I’m ever in the Hayward area again.

Multiple stays here since covid first hit. Kind and professional reception staff. Friendly and competent housekeeping staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, standard amenities. Helpful staff if anything is needed or has to be addressed. Other guests can be problematic, though that occurs anywhere and is not the fault of the staff here.

Window on left side for service, loved the rooms they were clean and I didn't see and bed bug mess. Yes I check and I know what I'm looking for had a horrible experience in Sacramento. The rooms also smelled nice not old and stuffy.

Good location.
1:Very clean property, front desk had fresh flowers, breakfast area was very clean and smelled fresh, lots of flowers in garden, rooms were also very clean and looked new, bathroom was super clean and had fresh look
2: friendly staff. Was greeted by front desk on arrival. There was 1 person ahead of me so while I was waiting to be checked in the front desk greeted me and the Breakfast lady(Tara) asked if I wanted water.
3: Breakfast was very good. Free WiFi and fast. Lots of parking (even for RV or busses)
4: overall this was a very nice stay. Felt like home. Clean. Friendly.

I have stayed here several times. As a woman traveling alone I have enjoyed the hospitality, caring and professionalism of the Comfort Inn staff. The location is a little out of the way for me, but I have never been sorry that I have decided to stay with them. Their rates are unbeatable for the quality of the rooms, amenities, and friendliness of the staff and management. I have always left feeling rested and well-cared for. Other higher priced hotels could learn a lot from them about customer service. A really happy experience.

The rooms are decent. I enjoyed the plethora of movie channels. I loved the waffle iron option to make your own fresh waffles during the continental breakfast hours. Best of all, though, was the staff. The staff really helped us out in a jam and were super sympathetic. We had to book another room ON the 4th of July. They COULD have taken advantage of us and hiked the price, but they didn't. The great service was appreciated and really sets this place apart from other hotels I've been to. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

I stayed here the night before a big exam. I was super stressed, and left that morning in a rush. It was two weeks later that I realized I had left one of my valuables in the hotel room. I was sure that it would be gone, and was super impressed when I called to check if it was there and they had it! Really great customer service, I am forever grateful to the staff here!

Room was nice and clean. Newly renovated . They have an excellent staff. I would stay there again if lmao in the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Surprisingly I had a great comfortable sleep , room was clean and a little nicer than I expected for paying under 100 dollars, and it included breakfast like fresh cooked waffle, bagels, cereal, coffee milk juice eggs and bacon...I will definitely come back to this hotel...

The rooms were newly renovated. And it was nice not having carpet in the room. Beds very soft and comfortable. Great stay

The rooms are really nice, and spacious. the beds are soft and comfy the parking could be better but the name fit!

They have up graded a lot of the inside..really liked the mirror but they need to update their TVs otherwise places great

The rooms are quite affordable. I needed to rest and I arrived late when I got here. service was still superb.
