The food is on point. I had a Cubano sandwich with Fries, the pork was not over powering and you could taste all the ingredients that make up a Cubano sandwich. House Margaritas was made with 1800 Tequila and the Presidente were cold. Drinks were great. Staff was polite and really professional….

This place Definitely took my breath away. From the service to the food, I was blown away. Came in for lunch on a work trip. Once I seen the ceviche on the menu I already knew that was what I wanted! I had a beef empanada and ceviche! That food was amazing with huge portions. For the price I got a bang for my buck! With food this good it should have been flooded in there! Weekday or not! So if you're in the area give them a try you won't be disappointed!

The food was delicious and they also have great customer service! We had chicken mofongo and shrimp ceviche. This was probably the best mofongo we've had at a restaurant. For dessert we had flan but I forgot to take a picture but it was also delicious!

Ate here for a second time. This place is sooooo good. Great flavorful food. Nice variety of dishes. Friendly staff and fast and kind service. Meet the owner and his wife who are a solid standup couple. Don’t miss out on this amazing restaurant with even more amazing food. My new favorite restaurant. The portion sizes are big. I left with a satisfying food baby in my stomach. 🥹

My husband and I visited Fusion Caribbean today, and they didn’t disappoint. Their Bandeja Paisa, Churrasco and Mojito de coco were delicious, their customer service was great, we will definitely be going back. I highly recommended!

I absolutely love Fusion Caribbean & American Grill! The service is top-notch, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the music adds the perfect vibe to the dining experience. I highly recommend this local gem, and I make sure to stop by every time I'm in the area. It's a must-visit!

While this section of route 1 might look suspect, this restaurant was a cool find. I had the fried pork chop and while simple, was also pretty flavorful. It went very well with the white rice and a side of beans. My friend got the mixed grill paella and it was very tasty. While the rice wasn't crispy on the bottom like I would normally expect for paella, the rice was incredibly flavorful. If you want to try the empanadas, definitely go with the chicken one. This place also serves a pretty decent mojito. While I recognize that this place might only be average if we were closer to DC, this is really good for the Stafford/Aquia area.

Had not been here since they changed owners. Place is nice, atmosphere great, service is perfect and food is delicious! I had the vegetarian dish w salmon and my hubby had Bandeja paisa. I am allergic to meat and I could not look at his plate that looked yummy. If it were not bc of my allergy(alpha gal) I would have tasted the Chicharrones that looked good and not greasy. My hubby loved it. I loved my plate too. We are definitely coming back .

We have been searching for a place like this for a while!!! My boyfriend is from Puerto Rico and whenever he is feeling particularly homesick we come here.

I got the Carribean bowl (as seen in the photo). With the exception of the pineapple everything was super fresh, well seasoned and delicious. The mango salsa it comes with adds a perfect bit of acidity and balance. Definitely recommend this for any vegetarian friends but you can get it with chicken or fish as well.

My boyfriend got the chuleta frita con mofongo y tostones. Tostones and mofongo were amazing and exactly the quality as you would find on the island. The chuleta must have also been great because it was gone before I could get a picture!

Overall, great food, great drinks, and a price you can’t beat. Definitely recommend this place to my homesick Carribean friends.

I love finding good PR food (amongst other Caribbean food). The mofongo was cooked to perfection and wasn’t heavy at all. The churrasco was soft and not chewy. My favorite were the alcapurrias because they were crispy and flavorful. I’d come back over and over!

Anything below a 5 star is unacceptable. The service is always great, the food is even better. The chicharrón, mufongo, and ceviche are always great options.

The food was really good. It had authentic Latin flavor. Just like back home. We had mofongo stuffed with camarones and mofongo stuffed with fried pork and the portions we very generous portions. The staff was amazing and very caring. They also keep the restaurant very clean. We are definitively coming back.

Great food, great drinks (the best Mojitos) and good prices. Also I love the customer service (personalized).

AMAZING.

The churrasco was perfectly cooked, the arroz con habichuelas (rice and beans) had all of the flavor you would want in a home cooked meal and the tostones were on point.

This is by far the best restaurant in the area of Quantico located left of the front main gate on Jefferson Davis HWY in Stafford VA. I had to buy 2 entrees because I couldn’t decide what to get and I ended up destroying the Jambalaya dish served with shrimp, scallops, and sausage! That dish was definitely made with LOVE. Then I absolutely devoured my second entree which was Canre Guisada which reminded me of my grandmothers food from back at home! I would recommend everyone to come to Fusion Caribbean & American Girll! And the service was absolutely amazing! My favorite restaurant in Virginia!!!!!!! Stop PLAYING with them & Stop By For Some Chowwwww! Oooorahhhhhhhh!

Awesome food and always taste amazing. It’s a little expensive but the food quality is amazing.

I love it! The portions are very big for me, it make you full quickly. Flavor is amazing price is very comfortable. I recomend it!

Amazing food and people. The atmosphere is light and perfect for parties. The prices are great too for amount of food that they serve with each dish.
