Oakland Public Library, Asian Branch

Small, cosy library with a selection of books in English, Japanese, Vietnamese. There are colouring pages and crayons for kids, as well as toys which you can borrow. The staff were super friendly and nice. There’s no rest room inside the library but you can use the one in the building - get the restroom key from the front desk.
