Such a fun and vibrant restaurant. The outdoor seating is amazing and the live music was top tier. If you’re lucky enough to have Mario as your server you’re in for a great night. Perfect date night spot.

What an amazing restaurant!

We went there to celebrate my dad 76 birthday and they were very accommodating.

It’s a very beautiful restaurant. It looks like it was a house converted into a restaurant.

Excellent service and excellent food.

We ordered a couple bottles of delicious Malbec and an unflavored mai tai.

I had the chicken Parm, which was good. My dad had Seabass, which he said was very good.

The shrimp, calamari and chicken wings appetizers were amazing.

The most impressive part is that they allowed me to bring in a cake. They kept it refrigerated and when it was time to sing my dad happy birthday they brought it out with lite candles, which totally shocked me.

After we sang happy birthday they took the cake and cut it into slices and served them.

What exceptional experience. I definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant.

Oh and at seven there was a band that played in the bar. I couldn’t hear them from where I sat.

Excellent food and service!

My girlfriend has lots of food allergies and the food attendant,(waitress), went out her way to make sure we were well taken care of. To add, Joe Barone, owner of this establishment, approached our table, as we were waiting for food information, and assured us that everything we needed will be made to our satisfaction. This restaurant and service provided exceeds any other restaurant I ever visited. This was truly a wonderful experience !

We recently stumbled on this place after I asked around for a good oyster place. My hubby loves oysters and I was looking for a place that had a really good reputation for that and a birthday dinner. Great bar and great food that was pretty inventive. Hubhy said the oysters were excellent. I hate shellfish so I will take his word for it! I loved my steak. We will be back soon.

Had an awesome date night with my wife last night. A few drinks, some Crab Cake appetizers, Chillian Sea Bass and Braised Short Ribs, then a Sweet Potato Cheesecake for dessert. Everything was perfect. Especially the service. Our waiter was awesome and as always Joe stopped by to say Hi during dinner. Great vibe!

Do yourself a big favor and visit Barone's! The ambiance is romantic, welcoming and charming. Honestly this place over exceeded my expectations with the food, service and super friendly staff. Overall the experience was a big success with the big birthday celebration of over hundred people. Amazing!!

Every time I have eaten at Barone's Restaurant was a great experience. I have had group event lunches and dinners, as well as a few small party dinners. All the food I have ordered here was excellently prepared and very tasty. The price is a bit steep, but you can feel the higher class experience when you walk through the front door.

Summer Music outdoors on Thursday has the best bands, Entourage is our favorite. Menu outside is limited but very tasty and pretty fast considering the crowd. Bar service is great.

I came here for a live music event where my apartment complex reserved a cabana and served us some appetizers. The food was excellent, especially the coconut shrimp. The place is very spacious and a lot of fun.

Maureen and I will miss our times at Barone's, but we will always have the memories of our wedding reception, special events and dinners on the patio.

So happy to see this landmark open inside again. Michelle makes a mean Old Fashion with your choice of Whisky. Go for the food and drink, stay for the music and company. Always 5 star service.

I've never dined at the restaurant, but I did attend the Thursday after work set. Let me tell you, this was the best social outing I've had since living in the Bay the past year. The Bay Area is known for diversity and the crowd here was a prime example of it. Nice live band, great ambiance and very, chill, mature, diverse crowd. Whatever you are looking to connect with, was up in the house. Very rare you will find upper crust Caucasians partying with hood dudes with gold teeth. But every one was chill and had a blast.

Want a fine azz cougar? Had them. Want an Asian babe? Had them. Want a fine Latina? Had them. Want a nice black chick? Had them. Crowd age was about 35 - 65... And everyone seemed to vibe together with no issues. They say the place is supposed to close in a few weeks, because the owner sold the land. Hope this isn't true, because for it to be located in a Mayberry type of town like Pleasanton, it is a hidden gem and promises you will have a good time.

This place was amazing everything that everyone ordered was beyond great we had swordfish we had salmon we had the braised ribs the salad is good the dessert was that's awesome everything was awesome there's plenty of parking space in the back there's a ramp in the front and stairs they have a full bar there was no line when we got there cuz we had a reservation but it got crowded quick so make sure to make a reservation this place gets crowded
