Super helpful regular produce guy! Another employee helped me get a couple things I couldn't reach from the dairy case.
I have shopped at your store since I was 12, and that's saying a lot because I'm almost 70 now‼ Kudos to Safeway and it's wonderful, helpful employees!

It's one of the most Pleasant safeways i've ever been to.

I was going around doing some Uber eats task when one of the orders let me to the Safeway. It's very large and has an absolutely massive parking lot. Outside that day were also a few Girl scouts selling cookies. I was only in the store for about 5 minutes, but I could see that it was a very clean store and it runs very efficiently. Even with the lovely Girl scouts outside. There wasn't too much of a traffic jam though. A lot of people needed their cookie fix lol.

Love $5 Fridays. Every department has something for $5 every Friday it's something different each week.
Where can you get 3 lbs. Of hamburger for $5. Check the add weekly for great deals!

Our go to store ... give 'em your phone # (any number you can remember) and save a ton !!! Always helpful staff.

Open 24 hours and always the best to go and get your shopping done in early hours. The clerks are friendly and helpful

Good selection of everything. Everything is of high quality and very fresh. I have never had any issues with the items I purchase.

I've always gone on days/hours where it's not peak "grocery shopping" hour, so parking was never an issue for me. The parking lot does look like it's on the smaller side though. It is near the BART station, which may be convenient for some people. The store interior is clean and well organized. No issues finding what I need and customer service has always been good-no poor attitude from any cashiers.

I love shopping at safeway. Good deals great staff. I love their deli sandwiches. They used to be bigger but for a little extra you can double the meat. So I've adjusted. Their bread is fresh. So I'm happy

It's open 24hrs. Has wide variety of things and grocery. The flower shop inside safeway is particularly amazing with the best to buy . Bakery stuffs are amazingly good.

I tried out drive up and go and I must say that I love it. It saves me so much time in the store. Who would have thought that it would be so rewarding. Not to mention the fact that it the associate was very attentive and made sure that everything was correct.

Nicest Safeway I've been to by far. The way the produce are stacked is like art. Workers were also helpful when it came to which fruits were in season. Nice selection of beverages. Has a pretty decent pharmacy-like section. Basically one of the bigger sized Safeways with everything you need and then some. A+ workers sprinkled throughout the store and checkout. Definitely my go-to place for snacks in the area.

Great store on Santa Rita Road in Pleasanton. Great selection, lots of customized items, super clean, neat and well stocked and friendly employees. I wish the Benicia store carried lots of these items.

Slow for customer service due to overworked employees. However, I was treated extremely well. I can highly recommend this Safeway!

They have a great selection of just about everything you could possibly need. The shelves are always nicely pulled forward for easy viewing and selection. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and generally ripe to the level I look for.

Clean, fully stocked most of the time, great staff and the Wells Fargo on site makes it really convenient. Starbucks is nicely situated and doesn't block any access.

The young lady in the flower and gift shop was very nice she went over an above what she had to I only wish there were more people like her but I'm very happy we have her here at the neighborhood Pleasanton Safeway store off Santa Rita Boulevard I will do business at that store because of her thank you
