You have to check out this hidden gem of a cafe. They have great food and the best CAFE DE OLLA (Mexican coffee). The service is awesome as well.

Super cute cafe. The crepes were huge and delicious, as was the chicken sandwich. The service was very quick and friendly, and the owner gave us a free sample of some really good chia pudding. Very affordable too, you can get a bagel and jam with a house coffee for about $7-8.

Delicious food, women owned, wonderful and kind service, and lovely ambience. Was given a free chia pudding to taste by the owner! Felt so cozy and taken care of. I recommend the chipotle chicken sandwich!

Amazing family owned café in East Oakland! The service was the best I’ve ever had and the food was delicious. They are complete hospitality. They gave me samples of their homemade pesto, green goddess dressing, and their Chia pudding with their homemade honey.

Romo Cafe is a bright shiny star in our Fairfax neighborhood. Mexican coffee is delicious and pairs well with oatmeal cookies. They have an excellent and diverse menu serving breakfast items like their Chia bowl and great lunch selections of salads and sandwiches.

Great coffee, breakfast, and lunch options. Wouldn’t go out of my way to get here, but so happy I have a cafe like this, walking distance from my place.
