Love this place really fast service and friendly staff wish prices could be a little cheap but for not having a grocery store with East Asian spices I'm ok with it.

While the produce isn't always as fresh/long lasting as some other places, during the COVID-19 crisis, this locally owned store has had the groceries that many others have lacked and has also had the backs of the customers and neighborhood with food giveaways.

This store usually has things that larger stores don't carry. They also have a fresh meat counter. They have been there for many many years!

THE HAVE THE BEST MEAT AND OTHER PRODUCE... BESIDES EXOTIC CANDIES AND OTHER FOODS FROM TURKEY, THE MIDDLE EAST AND THE HOLY LAND AS WELL! I LOVE THE PURE OLIVE OIL SOAPS...AND PERFUMES AND ALL...A LOT OF HALAL FOOD TOO!

Been around since I wasnt! This is my Momma, Uncles, Aunts, & anybody that know how to cook COOK "GO TOO"! Im talking turkey necks, short ribs, turkey wings! & they cut the meat for you! A BAY AREA STAPLE IN THE EAST OAKLAND COMMUNITY FOR SURE!

This place has been here for years. I can always count on it for having most things general grocery stores have. The real gem here is the deli in the back. They always have fresh meat, the meat tastes better than the one sold in food max. This place does get a rush hour but for the quality of the products it's worth it. The store also sells prepped food they have like a small food court area by the produce section.

If you are used to shopping at Whole Foods and the like, you may find the aesthetics displeasing but the selection for this size store is fantastic. There are international products, a huge meat counter that is generally quite lively, a prepaid cell shop, smoke shop, and housewares. The staff is kind and helpful to boot!
