I live in Portland and I needed to buy a Holiday gift for my daughter and daughter in law, who live in Oakland, very close to your store. I called and spoke to Adriana who was lovely and so helpful. Great selections of curated wine, beer, and spirits. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, and friendly staff. 3 wine clubs with something for everyone. They also do tastings regularly that are very affordable. Highly recommend!

This is the kind of wine shop I wish I had in my neighborhood! Visited a friend recently and stopped by to have a look - great variety of wines (both type and geography) from a lot of very good producers and reasonable prices. There's something for everyone here, and the staff will help you find a wine you'll love in your price range!

This is a great shop! The owner knows everything in the store really well and is very helpful in helping you decide what you want. He can tell you about every wine or spirit as if he had just tried it yesterday. The selection is good here and the prices are fair. This is my go-to spot in all of Oakland if I need a wine that will be sure to be good.

Great store, not only for wine, but for boutique spirits as well. I went in just looking for a good Rye, and came out stocked for the holidays with lots of other things I had been meaning to buy. But Brian made the experience fun and memorable. I'll definitely be going back, and his store has already been saved into the GPS.

I've been buying wine from Bryan for 27 years. He knows our tastes and price points. He never tries to upsell. I trust his judgment implicitly. He always has new offers. If I could award 6 stars, I would.

Excellent service! I'm British and live in Scotland, but I wanted to order some Scotch for my father who lives locally. I was having some difficulties getting in contact with other similar Bay Area companies, with regard to next-day shipping or courier; however, I had excellent communication with Brian from Wine on Piedmont, both by email and phone. He put together a great list of recommendations for me to choose from, at very reasonable prices, and seemed to know his stuff! I can't rate the service highly enough! Thank you!

They have a nice selection of hard alcohol and liqueurs and mixers but their wine is always on point. The owners are super friendly. Great stop for the good stuff. Good selection at different price points.
