As first time parents, we were nervous/ excited on preparing for our new coming baby , Jay " the owner " made it so easy with his family owned shop. Its a one stop shop! everything you need to start a beautiful family he has! From toys to clothes to baby bottles to strollers and much more! The customer service was amazing! He basically broke down stroller and car seat 101 for us. We spent nearly 2 hours in his store exploring everything he had to offer and he made everything a breeze! what was best was he had all the top brands so if you're looking for the best of the best luxury baby items this is the place to go! They even transport all your items to your car and free installation if you buy a car seat! can't get service like this online! I highly recommend this place. 5 stars all the way. Thanks Jay!

This store is the absolute best! Jay the owner is so kind and extremely helpful. Everyone who works there has great knowledge about the products and truly there to answer any questions you may have. They also carry a lot of brands that the big retailers like Target, Babies r Us and Amazon do not carry. We are so happy with our Nuna car seat and stroller purchases! And Tot Tank does the car seat install which I encourage every parent to have done! There’s a lot to an install that could easily be missed. Love you guys at Tot Tank!

The best local baby store in the east bay. I love how everything is arranged. The staff is very friendly. Also they offer a free meetup on Tuesdays starting at 10 am. Sometimes they even bring in guest speakers.
We bought a balance bike, and the staff was patient and answered all of our questions.

The staff here was extremely helpful when we walked in trying to get three car seats in the back seat of our small car. We had them installed and they took plenty of time to explain what they were doing in case we need to do it ourselves in the future.

Great customer service! We always buy our big ticket items here even if they cost more than from Amazon because the cost difference is more than made up by the amazing customer service. Car seats especially with the continued support.

Great service and family owned shop. I bought our car seat here and they have a certified installation specialist who showed me how to install the seat. He went through it with me until I felt comfortable doing it on my own.

Al entrar a esta tienda y ver lo que vendían pense: "No seas malinchista, seguro hay una tienda así en el Defeke"; pero la verdad es que no.
Perdida en la callecilla principal de Alameda, la isla frente a SF está esta tienda para bebes/niños que está turbo surtida de todas las marcas must, además de que las personas que atienden ahí tienen perfectamente idea de cada producto, sus pros, contras y demás razonamientos para sopesar una compra vs otra.
No se que pase de vuelta en México que no hay una tienda que se acerque ni poquito a esta. (ojo ahí, idea millonaria); vamos, que para variar esta el nicho: o compras evenflo o una marca aprobada y usada por la reina de Inglaterra... ¿Y todos los que estamos en medio? Se gana sus 5 estrellotas de la manera más fácil que he visto.
