Super nice people and great shop. I don't normally get these kinds of things, but my kids loved it and the service was great so we got a couple items. Recommended!

I stopped by here during one of my runs from campus to Albany, and the place was really nice. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and I found everything that I was looking for. I collect tumbled gem stones and got a lapis lazuli, an angelite, and a cinnabrite stone today. I may have to stop by the Berkeley location at some point this week as well since it’s a little closer to campus. Overall, a great experience.

I have been a loyal customer of Stone Room since they first opened. A humble friendly store owner with and very big selection of stones. I am always happy with my experience of shopping there. Consistency, honesty, expertise in gemology, and exceptional customer service. She even makes customized necklaces for me. I have great enjoyment and many compliments when I wear her custom designed necklaces. They have the best selection of always new inventory, best prices, best customer service and best expertise in gemology. I'm not surprised they have 5 stars😊

Amazing, great vibes kinda place. The selection is top quality, and the owners are very kind people with great knowledge on crystals and where they come from.

My husband and I recently started exploring the world of crystals and stones. We visited the Stone Room and Tenzin was so kind and knowledgeable about the various types of stones and crystals. We spent a lot of time browsing through the wide selection this little shop has and left happy with beautiful raw citrine, pyrite, shungite, labradorite and fluorite. We look forward to coming back here again!

Today was my third visit to the Stone Room. I could have spent the entire day there talking with Tashi. His warm energy and generous sharing of knowledge of not only crystals, but of things spiritual was more than I could have asked for. I went in for some stones to help me through a rough health period, and came out with a 2 week health plan, more insight into Buddhist principles, and a lovely collection of stones that are very meaningful and supportive to my healing. Can’t recommend this place enough!

For the last decade, the Stone Room has been my go-to place for the majority of my crystal needs. Not only do they have an incredible variety of stones, I'm constantly amazed at the price point for such high quality product. Lately, I purchased two of the bluest aquamarine specimens I've ever seen, and they were only $5 a piece! I've been to many stores and venues over the years that offer crystals, and the Stone Room stays at the top of my list. Not only that, Tashi and Tenzen's warm atmosphere and knowledge of their wares make it a welcoming place for all. Even though it's a bit of a drive from my house, it's the kind of place that is worth going out of my way for.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The owners are kind and generous and offer an amazing selection of minerals and crystals. I've been collecting rocks since I was knee-high, and this is one of the best rock shops I've ever been to. The prices are incredibly fair, the variety is phenomenal, a new minerals keep getting added to the collection. It's almost like going to a museum. I can't even count the number of times I've visited and the number of lovely stones I've found there. My highest recommendation!

Very nice little shop. The owner is a super nice lady. We went there for my kids rock experiment. She went over and beyond to help us find reasonable priced rocks. He even got a free geo rock. I highly recommend this place. It has a very large collection of rocks and crystals and a super nice owner.

Absolutely love this store :) the owners are so sweet and informative as well. I brought my mom with me so she could buy her first crystal and they were amazing. They also have an adorable dog. To the owners of this store, thank you for your kindness and patience :)

Great selection of crystals and stones. They have inexpensive items and very expensive items. Every shape and size that you can imagine. They also have a selection of jewelry and if you want a bracelet or necklace made a certain size with a certain crystal they are happy to make one for you. They also have candles and books on subjects relevant for what the store carries.

This store is an amazing place. We take our grandsons there and they learn so much about different stones around the world, The owners are the best! They are patient and kind and educate the young stone enthusiast. We are so fortunate to have them in our community and will be shopping there for years to come.

Me and my daughter were in there about a week ago, and we had one of the best experiences that we’ve ever had in any crystal store. I can’t describe in words how amazing it was from the moment we walked in the door from all of the knowledge, patience, and kindness that we received, and if I could give them more then 5 stars I would. I visited Stone Room couple weeks ago and I could have practically spent the whole day there. There are so many interesting rock and stone pieces and lot of variety and selections. I wish I could buy them all. The environment is so welcoming and peaceful. I called the owner back few weeks later and enquired about one particular rock that I was interested in. Tashi was so knowledgeable and patient. He explained to me the nature and property of the rock. I can tell he has been in this business for a long time. He is very honest and also gave me some background of his believe and practice that led him to this business. I will go back and visit whenever I have the opportunity. This is definitely a place to shop for gifts or even something for yourself. I highly recommend this place.

My wife and I have been buying crystals for years and we were recommended to go to the Stone Room to see their extensive inventory. We were amazed of the quality of the product but more importantly the service by Tenzin was first class. We were especially surprised by the prices that are fair and reasonable. The store was very busy but Tenzin and her Associate made everyone feel as special as the product they were selling. We have been to other stores like this in Nevada City & Mendocino and by far the product, service and pricing is far superior at the Stone Room. We highly recommend to the many enthusiasts who appreciate the magic of crystals the Stone Room is the best.

I love this shop! So many amazing stones, gems, crystals and minerals, and such a massive variety packed perfectly into such a small space. The woman who owns it is a true gem herself (as is her delightful tiny shop dog) and is so patient and kind to me and all the other stone lovers who just want to geek out over rocks with her all day. She's created a lovely sacred space that always lifts my spirits the moment I walk in.

This is by far the best gem and crystal shop I have visited. The owners, Tashi la and Tenzin la, are warm and welcoming, knowledgeable of the stones and their unique benefits, and helpful—and not in any way intrusive. Ask to see anything, they like to help you, or you can stand in any one spot in the shop and just enjoy looking around in every direction, up and down, at the huge variety of beautiful, high quality gemstones and crystals! The shop itself has a soft, serene, yet buoyant atmosphere. If you like they can make a bracelet or necklace for you on the spot. Their prices are reasonable, and they have a full range quality to offer.
