I just visited and purchased a mattress from this Mattress Firm thanks to the assistance of Daniel! Daniel's patience and expertise made the process incredibly smooth. He was very kind and patient and let us try out various options until we found the perfect one. Not only did Daniel provide excellent service, but he also shared excitement for my partner and I, making us feel valued as customers. And if you have the opportunity, seek out Daniel for his exceptional assistance—he truly made our experience memorable.

Kyle was extremely helpful and very pleasant. He helped us find our perfect mattress and put a lot of time explaining all the details and even slight differences between the options we were looking at. We tried every mattress and the entire time Kyle was asking us all the right questions and suggesting different mattresses, one of which ultimately we bought!!! :) When it came to financing, he was very patient with us, walked us through the process step by step and tried to save us money in literally every step!!! But what I was most impressed by was his pleasant, charming & professional attitude. He also had a wonderful sense of humor which is my favorite type of salesman! Had a great experience and will certainly refer my friends and family. Thank you mattress firm and thank you Kyle!!

I came in today with my toddler and had to make a speedy purchase. Daniel was super efficient, quick, friendly, and helpful--Showing us straight to the mattresses we were looking for, asking our budget, answering my questions, and working with us to set up an exchange. Happy customers.

The service at the store was top notch, with plenty of time to consider options that were sufficient to help us understand the differences. The purchasing process was clear and carefully done. I felt that they were covering us as buyers and themselves for reasonable issues that might arise, with the result seeming fair and transparent. The delivery and haul-away service was very well done, with multiple touch points to confirm arrival timing, all of which occurred exactly as planned. So far, so good!

Daniel was very good. He helped us zero in on a couple of options and was knowledgeable about the products. He gave us space to make up our minds and then worked to give us a good price. Al in all, a great experience.

The bed I choose with the help of the mattress firm floor agent, Daniel, made my experience searching for the right mattress easy and enjoyable. Being that my bed gets delivered on the weekend, I’ll make this review about the store agent. I really don’t know if my time would have been entertained as well as it was if it weren’t for Daniel. We bought a Temper-Pedic mattress after coming into the store and trying out several models. Daniel was extremely helpful and friendly from our first visit down to the final transaction. We even ended up doing an exchange after a 1-month trial run. We highly recommend working with this store. Straightforward and honest process.

Daniel is a good dude. He took the time to show me different options of pillows, he let me try them with different mattresses. Good attitude and customer service is excellent! I Will definitely return here in future.

Kyle provided superior customer service. He answered all of our questions clearly and concisely. He showed us different models so that we could make the most informed choice, and he explained all the costs and payment options so that we understood exactly what our final cost would be and how any discounts would be applied and when. Kyle is excellent and deserves a raise ASAP!

The salesperson was very nice and helpful and the delivery was timely and he even put the mattress inside the house even though it was meant to be at-the-door delivery only.
