Had a few hiccups with the scheduling, but the work was top notch. The crew went above and beyond. Instead if digging up the brick and replacing it with concrete, they sawed the mortar and put it all back together when done. When they were done I couldn't even tell someone had dug up my whole yard an hour before.

Vincent came out to inspect my home, and instead of trying to sell me services, he quickly pointed out that my sewage system was compliant. He didn't even charge for the inspection.

He also helped me map out my sewage system.

Vincent and his team are awesome. I shopped around for a couple different quotes and Sewer Master came through with the lowest offer. Plus they were highly recommended so I decided to go with them for the replacement of my ancient sewer piper in the backyard. The pipe was destroyed by giant tree roots to the point that it was pretty much non-existent. Despite the giant mess of a pipe that was in my yard, when they were done they went above and beyond to try to make the disturbance to my yard as minimal as possible. Super super quick, super professional and you can tell they care about the long term results of their work.

I got an email from this company that they are offering a free sewer lateral inspection and estimate repairs for listings. We scheduled an inspection that was supposedly conducted the next morning. Day later we emailed them to ask if the inspection is ready and they told us "they are not bidding on the project". We lost time and now need to find and schedule someone new.
