Brand new (2020) waterfront promenade revitalization.

Great views of the Bay, with history surrounding you on all sides. The promenade has lots of skaters and rollerbladers with lovely greenery arrangements.

There's a grocery store, Oaklandish t-shirt shop, and canoe and kayak rentals. There's bathrooms and a bit of a history museum inside the building.

It's a little bit tricky finding the place from the highway because you have to navigate through a hotel parking lot unless I'm mistaken.
