I wanted a pair of Birkenstocks because, even if I don’t love their aesthetics, my feet need some good arch support. I tried several pairs and ended up getting a pair of sandals and a pair of loafers. They are ridiculously comfortable and they are not even molded to my feet yet!! 🥹

Great place to get a fitting and find the right shoe. Appreciated the shop owner's patience as I tried on different pairs, and expertise around Birkenstocks generally. In a world of online shopping (and resulting poor fit / disappointment) it is refreshing to be able to try things on before buying and find the perfect fit.

Gus was extremely patient with me as he helped me find exactly the right shoe and size- I think I tried about 10-12 different pairs. He also has the old-timey customer service policy and helped me put them on. A very cute shop with a great owner.

He also let me bring in my big bike so I didn't have to worry about it getting stolen. Thank you Gus.

Small & Perfect Shop.
If you work on your feet all day long and are looking for a place were you can find the right shoe to bring to a end that "killing" low back pain, go no where else. Gustavo, the owner, will help you find the right shoe for your type of work. He is more focused in your well being than anything else. I brought my wife here about tree years ago when she was suffering from a back pain she could no longer endure. We listened to his suggestions and took home her new shoes, a pair of Birkenstock, and by the end of her first day of work with her new shoes she was amazed with the difference on her health. This month we returned for a new pair and following another suggestion from Gustavo, this time to save money , took the old one to be re-soled.
With a customer service that put you and your needs first over sale, my wife and I will definitely return to this store every time we need excellent shoes for the long run.

Awesome little spot to try on alllllll the styles of Birkenstocks. The owner was super helpful so I bought 2 pairs, and then brought my mom in later and she bought 2 pairs.... It's a very intimate little shop with a great experience. Thank you! Some parking near by and a parking structure across the street.

So helpful and knowledgeable - the owner patiently spent a while with me trying on multiple styles and sizes of Birkenstocks while I hemmed and hawed over material and color. He shared pros and cons of different styles and wanted to make sure I got the right fit and would be happy. Will be back for sure!

Personalized service in a cozy setting. Nice selection of Birkenstock shoes. Fairly priced small business. We always stop in and buy shoes here because it feels great to be able to support small businesses and because they really know their stuff.

Great selection and outstanding service! They have a wide variety of Birkenstocks and other quality shoes. I have wide feet and I was able purchase a hiking/work boot, suede sneakers and a black leather boot all in one trip. They have on trend and modern looks and classics too. The owner, Gus, is an Oakland native. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond in service. He gave me several useful shoe care tips including a cobbler recommendation. This will be my go to spot to get shoes from now on. Highly highly recommend!!

Great shoe store with an expansive selection. Purchased some Birkenstocks here and there were many different colors and styles to choose from. Many are offered in both the regular or soft footbeds. The owner was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about the sandals and brand. All the shoes are offered at a GREAT price too!
Would recommend anyone looking for Birkenstocks to come check this store out.

Disregard the location, this store rocks. It's usually quiet and the owner is a delight. Bought my first pair of Samuel Hubbard's here a few years ago and have NEVER in my life received as many compliments as I have had wearing them. Including total strangers!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out about this place. I needed a pair of non slip shoes after I fell pretty hard at work. There was a great selection with a range of prices. and service was wonderful. I feel like the owner made my life easier Because I was stressed about the process

My husband and I had no idea this store existed until we looked for Samuel Hubbard shoes in men's size 14. We were so charmed and delighted by this store and its owner that we can't wait to go back. I recommend it for anyone who is looking for vintage Birkenstock or any other hard to find shoe. Even if you don't find what you want , it's worth a trip.

I needed black safety toe non slip work boots and have tiny feet so I was delighted they had two different designs in my size to try on. I am very satisfied with the service I received. The price was also reasonable compared to other non slip safety toe boots I have seen on the market.
