Excellent service! Really enjoyed our visit, seamless experience.

I went there to apply passport for me and my family, Nicol processed our application,she was nice,accurate,patient and kind I really appreciate it for her excellent service.

Busy. Polite and efficient. Got everything done. They have curbside pickup for posted packages. Great job.

This place is unreliable! I dropped off my packages with tracking but this post office didn't bother to scan my items! This isn't the first time and shouldn't be so difficult. You're better off finding a different branch to go to that actually does their job!

I would not give them even 1 star, this is the most worst experience I ever had in my life, no body is working in that office, nobody replies the call and they even do not clear their voicemail. We lost our package there and they are not collaborating or replying our calls.

No one answers the phone or the numbers no longer work. Vallejo has lost my packages $177. No one is responsible. I tried sending report to Oakland and they just quit answering my calls. Vallejo then said there was nothing they could do about it. All started bc delivery person did not inform me my package had arrived. No one cares and no one is responsible. I need help with this problem and there’s NO RECOURSE. We have a lousy postal system

Tracking info and phone call to USPS confirmed that my package would be here. Even got a confirmation text. Arrived at this location to hear that no, the USPS gives wrong information, there're no packages ever held here, and that my package is in some other location downtown.

I will never come here again! They had only two people in with a line all the way out the door! I waited in line almost 20 min for the man to tell me I could. Bring my already filled out online passport application to get my passport done. I told him the website didn’t tell me to make an appointment it just told me to bring the form in and he was like we don’t do that. It was just ridiculous because there was on one person getting there passport done and he said I couldn’t do it! Very rude! Not going here again
