Most barbershops are uncomfortable for us gays, but Frank Logan is super chill.

I’ve seen Alex every few weeks since moving to Alameda to keep my style sharp.

These guys are awesome. Professional, great to chat with, and incredibly sharp cuts. I essentially never walk out with the exact cut I was expecting to get, but I’ve learned to see that as a positive. I prefer barbers to take a little creative license, and Jaryd is a true artist. Any reinterpretations were the wise ones to make, and every time I wake up the next day I’m thrilled with the cut.

Easy to book online. All the barbers have great cleanliness standards, and abide by all the COVID-19 guidelines. I got my haircut from Jaryd: he made excellent recommendations, and I got the best haircut I've had in a long while! I will definitely be coming back.

Used to drive all the way to San Leandro for a haircut up until I saw the work Esaias was doing at Frank Logan. I live in Alameda so I was eager to find a really good, well-rounded barber who was close by. Very knowledgeable about his craft and gave me solid advice to what products to use for my hair type and style. Was very happy about my haircut with him.

Jaryd has cut my hair twice now with great results. He's very professional but not above having a nice chat with you as he works. Both times I went, the staff took COVID precautions. Highly recommended.

I use to go to random hair salons to get my haircut, however it never turned out how I wanted and for the next two weeks I would always be ashamed of my hair. Everything changed when one of my class mates recommended Jaryd. I truly believe this man gives the best haircuts and advice out there. Both Jaryd and Jon are very experienced with what they do, and they make my trip to Frank Logan very enjoyable. Everyone do yourself a favor and book an appointment here. You will not regret it.

this spot always comes through with the best haircut! change it to any style you want and they will work with you. if you’re new to barbershops it’s definitely worth the price for an almost private (only two chairs at a time) cut to learn what fits best.
