Dr. Vicky Valverde-Salas, MD

Dr. Vicky Valverde-Salas has been my doctor for about two years now and he is a great doctor with loads of experience. He has been extremely helpful with quite a few different issues (plus when he gives injections it never hurts at all). He's also a very kind person and everyone working there is very competent and friendly.

Dr. Salas has been very good at recommending treatments for all of my ailments. He has a ton of experience in the medical field from pediatrics to geriatrics and shows a unique concern for my personal well-being. No complaints here...

The doctor is rather full of himself. I had a heart attack and have a regular cardiologist. i saw Dr. Salas for a routine physical. He wanted to change the medications that I am on (instead of keeping what the cardiologist had ordered). He acted like he knew better than the heart specialist.
In addition, I had problems with the billing staff. FOUR times over a one month period I had left a message for the person in charge of billing to contact me. I have never gotten a return call. VERY poor service and VERY unprofessional.

I tried to do my I693 Medical Exam at this office, I was not told how much would the laboratory cost since it’s not included in their charge. After I paid and had physical examination I got sent to ,,quest labs’’ and given a 2000$ bill. Ended up going to a different civil surgeon all together and got it done for 300$ including all the other vaccines I needed. Was give no refunds !!!

I came to get a secobd about my knee,! Doctor said do not worry about that now! I ask for some equipment needed, would not help me as a patient
etc.! Very rude!
