This place is GREAT! Everyone is always super friendly and fun to be around. It’s a high energy place with people working hard to make your nails look fabulous. I’ve had great pedicures and gel nails done on a regular basis. I tend to do things last minute so I don’t have a regular person I go to. I feel comfortable with all the people working there and know I’ll get a fabulous manicure. They’ll work hard to fit you in. I like the owner. It’s easy if you need to shop at Safeway. It’s a good sized mall. So far I’ve only had very good experiences here!

Six months later after a long trip back east and failed manicures by others Im back and really happy with the service!

This is the only time I truly feel like I am giving myself the best self care. I go religiously ONLY here when my best friend showed it to me. The prices are amazing compared to anywhere in the Bay. We always bring the most complicated nail art and the nail techs ALWAYS say yes and always deliver. Ken, the owner/manager knows us like by name, nail and pedi appointments, and treats us with great care. Today, my bestie accidentally ruined some toe art, we came back, and right away they fixed it for free even after she offered to pay! We will continue to make The Lounge Nail Salon our go to monthly care routine because they are the best!!! ❤❤

This is one of my absolute favorite spots to have my nails done. Superior service and nail work sets this spa above most others. They staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and care about every detail in wanting you to feel comfortable, satisfied, and happy. I have been frequenting this business for years and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended!

First time coming in for gel mani, opened at 10 am. Walked right in and into Wei’s chair. My new favorite spot, $32 for perfect gel set. Love it; clean, fast and quality work!

I get my nails done here all the time. With all that I do I'm constantly breaking my nails and they help reinforce my nails for me. They also have lovely suggestions on holiday decorations And are also very creative so they understand when I'm trying to describe a look that I want. The pictures below are my Halloween nails.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience getting both manicure and deluxe pedicure. We got a full hour of attention from two people each. The manager ensured that we were having a good experience the whole time and all of the employees were experienced and kind. Definitely recommend!

Great service sometimes you have to explain exactly what you are trying to do but the manager is very nice and Cooperative with the clients and sticks up for his staff as well

The only shop I could find in Oakland that provided full sets for toes! Anna did an amazing job and the service there was great. The shop is really beautiful, and the staff use protective shields, masks, gloves, and pedicure tub liners for sanitary reasonings! I definitely plan on coming back soon.
