Best take out ever, idk what people are saying you know some restaurants specialize in certain things. The sesame chicken, fried rice and chow mein are the BESTTTT flavor hits every time and has a smokiness to the food, been coming here since I was a kid . I now live where there's a whole Chinatown and I drive to San Leandro every time I want Chinese food. If they ever close i will cry.

Loved the food. We ordered kung pao tofu and kung pao chicken. The food was fresh and very tasty. The quantity was more than what we could have. Thanks again for the wonderful food and customer service. We will surely be back.

My bf and I have struggled to find a good chinese restaurant and we're glad we finally found one. Definitely making this our new go-to. We ordered the orange chicken, pork fried rice, and fried chicken wings. No complaints and everything had flavor and good taste. I cannot stress enough how many times we've tried a Chinese restaurant only to be sourly disappointed and wishing to get some of that East coast chinese food. Craving some general Tso's so I'll have to try their general chicken Szechuan style to see if it is similar?? And/or can satiate the craving.

Rose Garden is the best Chinese restaurant that I've had in a while. I will keep going back there again and again. I have tried lots of things and nothing has disappointed me. The vegetable fried rice and the Singapore style noodle is what I get every time. I especially enjoy the egg foo young and the wonton soup. The servers in house are wonderful and the delivery people are awesome too. Thank you.❤❤

This is a small family restaurant. The menu is impressively large. My friend is vegetarian and I am consuming low carb. We both found things to accommodate our special dietary needs. The food was prepared very quickly and was fresh and very tasty.

Came here for lunch and was NOT disappointed. Ordered the kung pao three combo and it was the perfect amount of deliciousness and spiciness. The cream cheese wonton was perfect and the complimentary tea hit the spot. I'm pretty sure they gave me an entire zucchini; the only thing I wasn't able to finish entirely 🤣.

11/10 would recommend.

I’m age 56. I have loved the cooking here since age 11. The same family operates and the recipes have stayed authentic & an abundance of food is given. This will always be my go to place for comfort food ❤🌹⛲🪴The service is impeccable & whether pick up or delivery the wait is minimal. Parking NOT difficult if you are able to walk 1/2 a block. To go anywhere else for Chinese food would be wasted. Treat yourself don’t cheat yourself!!

Love this place for Chinese food and service is always great!!!! Real big shrimp in anything you order with shrimp. Highly recommend this to anyone...

Best take out Chinese food! We have been ordering from here for months. Get the salt and pepper eggplant (chefs kiss)! Orange chicken is fire, spicy string beans are super bomb. Every time I order delivery, it is right on time and food is still hot!!

I've tried a lot of Chinese Restaurants from Fremont to Oakland. And I can honestly say that this place has the Best and Affordable Foods. Try their famous House Special Chow Mein and you wont get disappointed. They have fast service too!

Hands Down THEE BEST chinese food in the bay area! Salt & Pepper chicken breast w/jalapeños is the best thing on the menu, sometimes when im short on cash the lady we'll still hook it up and let me pay next time. Prices are good and portions are great 👍

Best lunch deal in the bay. Best Chinese food in da east bay forsure! Had the Mongolian beef lunch plate with fried rice. Portions are so huge, customer service needs help but it's a small fam run joint with tons of business. Two lunch plates with an appetizer n 2 cokes was $25.00

I just started going here a couple of weeks ago. I have been inside and I have had it delivered. Both times it was delicious and hot. And they were very kind. Thank you! I recommend the Singapore style noodle.❤

My husband and I have been ordering food from here for around 3 years now and every item we've tried has been fantastic with generous portions. We especially love the garlic chicken and veg and chow mein. The lunch specials are a steal.

Hello RR here once again reviewing these local restaurants and giving my opinion on food and or how they conduct business..I am happy to give the folks down at the Rose Garden five out of five stars. I work locally as a car dealer in the area and I have been for just about 35 years and I can I've tried lots of Chinese food from different Chinese restaurants but if you want the best fried rice you have to make a trip down here to the Rose garden they will hook you up. And I guess it's the owner but twice I didn't have money to pay for my meal twice he let me bring the money later. You just don't find owners of restaurants doing that sort of thing to any one anywhere anymore.So make it a point to get in your car or have them deliver your order you will not be disappointed...

OMG!! I went here on a fluke because my Mom wanted some Won Ton Soup and I happened to be a Bayfair so I Googled "Chinese food near me" and this place popped up. Let me tell you something about this place!!! for starters, my Mom will no longer eat any other Won Ton soup (mind you she resides in Newark) and the salt and pepper fish, house chow mien, salt and pepper dry fried ribs...EVERYTHING is just so freakin' good!!! Authentic taste, seasoned to perfection!! It is now my mission to sample everything on the menu because so far, they have not disappointed!!! Definitely recommend you try them out.

Mongolian Three Combo was excellent. Fried rice was top quality. Service was quite fast too, about 5-10 minutes. Also, I LOVE anywhere that uses whole dollars. Small things like that go a long way. $10 and we're done! Thank you.

They always the best food comes from places where the outside isn't always the best looking. Their lemon pepper wings, seafood fried rice their lo mein is on point. Oh don't forget the szechuan string beans is so good.

I've been going there since I was around 9 years old, and their food hasn't changed since. My most favorite dish they serve is their orange chicken. The chow mein is alright. The noodles are greasy and very oily. The customer service is very good along with their delivery. Fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. They just need to lessen their use of oil and all is good.

Love this place fresh flavorful Chinese food I’ve been eating here since a kid. Always fresh and friendly staff. One man has been there forever super nice. Foods stays the same throughout all these years. Delivery is always my go to
