Not is the prettiest area of Downtown Oakland but is very quiet and affordable 👍
Clean rooms with hot water 🛁🚿
Even do is very close to the highway is not as noisy as some people complain

You can do "anything " you want here.🫣🤐and it's free!😜🙃

The women on cashier is very nice and straight forward 👍

Clean rooms ...I had to be vigilant and be proactive about protecting my automobile for break-ins at hands of the inner city vermin lurking in the area .

Room are honestly quite nice & 100% clean sheets. Service is ok and unfortunately location is bad BUT that means that value for money is actually quite high (i.e. 4/5). Honestly a bit better than I expected. I was kinda worried beforehand.

Look... This is clearly a place where people come to consume certain services by the hour. But for a guy who missed the last train out of Jack London and just needed a place to rest his head, it did the trick. WiFi worked and the bed was clean.

Close to the highway in a shady neighbourhood. The room is dark and small, but reasonable clean. Very noisy from the highway.

Poor service and a rip off artist. I was charged $30 for my service dog 🐕‍🦺, I said that's illegal, so you going to charge me for a wheelchair? Same thing. Don't go. Prices are higher than advertised also.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Me and my friends made a reservation here and nowhere on the website or during the process of booking were we informed that this place is a motel, not a hotel. Several days before our flight to Oakland I had requested to check-in early because our flight was earlier in the day. When we showed up to the property, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to us, rolled her eyes at us several times, and said we would not be able to get a room until 1:30pm, so we would have to wait 4 and a half hours. We asked if they would be able to hold our luggage and the woman took us to a random empty room of the motel and asked us to put our bags in the corner. She was extremely unprofessional and treated us with no respect. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that or treated like that. We immediately booked a different hotel and cancelled our reservation here. The area also made us feel very unsafe. I would give them a 0/5 if I could.

Don't stay here. Terrible administrator refused us, because he didn't like IDs those we showed him. Also, he refused cash payment. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could rate as I want I would rate as 0 from 5.

Omg the manager is such a nosey lady. And she charges to have visitors and for parking and the ice machine dont work the rooms are small and stink
