My experience with CP Bannon was comforting in my time of grief. The staff was accommodating and I felt all my needs were met. Hats off to Ms. Ruby as she was a source of strength to me. Everyone I spoke with was great and the staff at the services was professional and comforting at the same time.

Ms Pam is such a delightful person she does everything to ease your mind and assures you all will be as you wish it to be .
And Pastor Robbie Robinsion was a delight his kind words make you feel at ease .

Never had to experience a loss so close to me. My mother recently passed away about a month ago. The coroner did not release her body until 11 pm that night called a couple mortuaries, but they were closed. The police officer working with us that night said C.P Bannon would be a good option they have seen other families they worked with before use them. They weren’t able to pick her up until 2 AM(they had someone else ahead of us) but we had no other option. Robbie helped us through the whole process and accommodated us with whatever we asked for he answered all of our questions and even gave me his number just in case I had any other questions. They even allowed us to play my mother's favorite music during her viewing. Robbie made the process so much easier. I truly appreciate all of his help and Ms.Taylor’s as well. I would highly recommend.

C.P. Bannon was very amazing, supportive, caring, consoling, and professional. They made my mother and her funeral absolutely beautiful me and my family appreciates the service they gave us very much.

They handled my mother's funeral and my father's cremation. They are very kind and compassionate. They helped me with the arrangements in both instances and explained everything along the way. They answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

My family and I received overall excellent customer service from C.P. Bannon. From the start to finish they were very helpful, beginning with Ms. Taylor who started out the process and then Pastor Robbie Robinson, our assigned Counselor. Pastor Robinson went above and beyond the call of duty to make this process easier for us during this difficult time in the passing of our Mother.

Pastor Robinson listened to what we wanted, and he was patient, calm, and showed compassion. He made recommendations, which we followed and things went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Pastor Robinson as the Counselor for anyone I know who is going through bereavement, and needs the service of a funeral home. The staff did a great job preparing my Mother for the services. The service was wonderful, the programs beautiful, and the staff did a great job at the burial site.
