Bay Fair Macy's was quiet and stylish with nice decor on walls to take fashion selfies. There was a quiet room with sofa couch and armchair too for resting, adjacent to the women's washroom for tired shoppers. International multilingual music played in the background while browsing the racks. Discount sales racks and shelves tempted me to buy a bling bracelet and lasso necklace. I was going to apply for the Macy's rewards points card but unfortunately forgot my driver's license. An overall pleasant relaxing experience!

Long line for online pickup, however thanks to excellent customer service I had my purchase in less than 5 minutes.

Well this Macy's had good deals on a cell so I went and purchased a couple of items. Because I have my dad's 80th birthday coming up so I wanted to get something super cute. Not too expensive but just the right price.

Helpful Sales Reps Mz. Venita, Mz. Carmen, and Manager, Samantha, attentive and helpful directing us to department carrying window display highlighted clothing. And, although Macy's SF downtown did not have the sized suit needed, offered to help find it at another location. If not for the generous assistance of Mz. Carmen and direction of Mz. Venita, we would not have driven in heavy rain commute traffic to Bayfair, and found the last suit in the right size. Because of their customer service and going the extra mile, we did the same and purchased the suit desired. If they hadn't helped, there would have been no sale.

Nice that it's still open at Bayfair...used curbside pickup and it was really fast and convenient

I went to look around for new rain boots 4 me n hh n baby items for my expectant daughter. Found a great deal on waterproof boots $70 n sale for $14.96 n lots of other items on sale! Also earned pts! 🔥 🔥 🔥

Macy"s has great deals and discounts at the Bayfair Mall in San Leandro, CA. Enjoy the many selection of items top of the line products, home decor, clothes, shoes, for the entire family. Clean organize store. I had an awesome shopping experience.

I was very frustrated and wanted to leave for Nordstrom and had decided not to shop from macys anymore since the customer service was awful until I met Habiba Rahimi at fragrance department. She gave me a five star service and made me leave with a big smile. Macys needs to hire more people like Habiba.

Dr.Safanda is great. He did my right shoulder . My left shoulder is also bad but he told me as of now it doesn’t need any surgery. He honest. He will tell u if I need surgery or not. Also Every time I go to his office I don’t wait more than 10 min. he know what he’s doing, he’s kind, he listen to ur problem and he will tell u all the answer before u even ask a question. I would recommend him to all the people who needed surgery on hands or shoulders.

My experience in the bedding department at Macy’s was fantastic! Levornia helped me out and her customer service skills were off the chart! She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I purchased a mattress set by a brand called Hotel that I am very excited about. I strongly recommend stopping by here if you are in the market for a bed. If you are looking for top tier service make sure you ask for Levornia!

Bayfair is one of my favorite Macy's. Since it is a smaller store they tend to have things you won't find at other Macy's. The staff is very friendly. No more registers in each department but there are several check out stations through out.

Customer service was excellent. Several Macy associates went out of their way to help me. Carried clothes to dressing room, helped find particular clothing style,and brought items to my car. Yes I have a cam boot and cane... but still...excellent Service

Customer service was great, and although they don't have many things left, I managed to find everything that I needed.

I went to buy some boots for Christmas at Macy's bay fair mall and i was so surprised at how the women's shoe department was so disorganized. I found one boot i like and could not find the other one. A store representative named stephania helped me locate the other shoe. This took o er30 minutes. I admired her excellent custmer service and kindness. This is the mark of a true professional. Not once did she become impatient with me. Primote her!

My experience was the best until the 5 thieves came to the cosmic department and took all the channel products on display without any security personnel showing up.The experience was dreadful and emotionally exhausting and uneventful.It was diplorable.l wonder if l would revisit again and under what conditions.
