Best Buy

Had an installation of a dishwasher, done by Miguel and Juan... had fantastic service. They took the time to make sure it was perfectly level, (unfortunately pointing out in the process that our 1915 craftsman bungalow was NOT), explained all the various features, answered our questions, and were careful not to damage our floor in any way. One of the best experiences with an installation in ever been through. I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. They truly went above and beyond.

Love this Best Buy location my all time favorite compared to Vallejo Best Buy. Always a good experience here with buying camera gear last min for client’s events if urgent need, they’re always in stock with majority of camera stuff or in general anything. Management is super polite and helpful, if you ever have any concerns they actually listen and try to help you unlike Vallejo location. Curbside or pick up orders are quick and accurate.

Security at the door. Several employees evenly spaced around the store all eager to help. They directed me to what I wanted and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. I was in and out of there quick.

I belong to the Geek Squad and went in to purchase Ring security cameras. The young man was knowledgeable and soon I had purchased two cameras. Once at the cashier, I mentioned I belong to the Geek Squad and would I have access to someone coming to my home to install them and set my phone app so I could view any human that might trigger the cameras. Yep, someone will be out to do the installation and teach me how to use the app. I've purchased my TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro and had them help with computer issues. Like the service and choices offered.

Shopped here recently , and the experience was good however their promise of price matching seems kind of weird and you never turnout to actually get anything price matched. The store however is conveniently located for shopping locally , when you need that item today and now , I purchased a Logitech headphone for my computer . I certainly recommend this store.

I couldn't believe how happy and friendly everyone was at this store! The staff were all very helpful. Even though the item I needed wasn't available, I was glad I went there and will remember them next time I need something. What a great crew!

yesterday 11/19/2023 I went in to transfer data out of my phone so I could have more storage space. Jonathon was very helpful, patient and friendly. He solved the problem. I had to buy an item. He downloaded the app, and transferred all my data as requested. He wrote down instructions for me to take with me should I want to transfer more files at home. It was a very good experience. I give him 5 stars. #allsuperheroesdontwearcapes

It is clean and well stocked. The employees are very nice and very helpful.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with this electronics store. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Their expertise in electronics was evident, as they guided me through the extensive product range and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were fair, and the quality of the products exceeded my expectations. This store has earned my trust, and I will definitely be returning for all my future electronic needs.

The store had what I wanted/needed AND surprise, surprise, it was on sale! Store was not so crowded that it was hard to avoid others. Browsing room...(see pics). No line to get in or out (cashier). For that visit, at least, 5 of 5.

Went to get a TV when I got it home it was defective. Went back and they exchanged it immediately. Great service!

Went to purchase a 50" TV, they had the one I wanted; so I bought it. All in about 10 minutes.

I bought a new Samsung refrigerator from Eric , the staff in the appliance is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The customer serivce and the people there are welcoming and i think the price on some stuff are fair. I would love to go sometime on chrismas .
