I had to cancel an order and used live chat. My concern was swiftly and efficiently taken care of by customer representative, Christian Megullo. The conflict I had was answered in seconds and resolved in a matter of a few minutes, and I was delighted that he got right to the point with me- I didn't have to provide ample information. Shortly after, I received the convenient confirmation email. The live chat was very personable and professional, leaving me feeling confident that my issue was resolved and my credit card was not compromised- I highly recommend it.

Christian Mengullo was very helpful in helping me determine the print cartridges were the right ones for my printer and helped me determine the quantity of 2 packages would save me money because of the free shipping with orders over $50. Christian was helpful and professional.

My first experience with ComboInk was fantastic! I love the ease of ordering and the prompt delivery. They won my heart in this very competitive field. It is difficult to be a stand-out company - and this company easily meets that goal.

The ink colors are *gorgeous*. The color ink renders the colors better than Canon or the other remanufactured supplier I was using. In the image below, the Combo Ink print is on top; the one on bottom is my old cartridge.
However, the magenta went out rather quickly. The ink levels were still showing pretty full -- there was something amiss in the way my printer recognised the magenta. Kenneth helped me troubleshoot, & I looked some stuff up online, and was able to fix it by cleaning several times as well ad deep cleaning (which used a lot of ink :-/). Kenneth also helped me figure out that this is somehow related to the chip, and offered to refund the cartridge. If the magenta goes out again, I will do so! And I will definitely buy/try another cartridge: the color is so beautiful.

Ken was very helpful in placing my ink order. I was having trouble with the darn Chat window obscuring my order page, and couldn't make any sense out of it.
I called and Ken answered. When I explained what I needed, he helpfully made out my order, added the discount code, and completed the order.

I have always gotten great items at great prices from ComboInk and never had to use customer service. My most recent order however had a color ink item that would not engage with my printer. We ordered two sets and the second one worked fine. We called customer service and was guided to download a return label. We shipped it back and got a follow-up email. Then we got an email informing us that the purchase price was refunded to our credit card. A+ service and we will continue to use comboInk and suggest it to our family and friends.

Anthony did his best to be helpful, but I wasn't able to use the info he provided...meaning, I didn't know how to use the info...so I had to call the company (reached a very helpful person in Mindanao, Philippines who took my order. Website should give explicit instructions....

I had tried to order online but it didn't like my email address so I called and was able to order the cartridges I needed with mo problem at all. If not for the phone service I wouldn't have been able to get what I needed and at 76 years old sometimes the websites are too difficult for me

Christian was great! He helped me choose my toner last week, and, in the meantime the actual printer was the problem and it died, so, my boss in a different state about 1200 miles from me had to get a new printer, so, then Christian also helped me with the quick and easy return of this toner because it no longer was the right one for the new printer. YEESH....but, it really was quick and easy ordering, and then returning!!!!

Normally, I order my ink cartridges by mail, but today I called in my order. I'm so glad I did because it was such a positive experience. The person who helped me, Hasmin, was cheerful, definitely competent, and such a pleasure to talk with. Hasmin made sure I was ordering the correct ink cartridge and answered my questions with patience and skill. ComboInk knows how to find and hire the best people!
