Refreshingly outstanding customer service and great products as well. I had an issue with the shipper (UPS), which was not Bidwell's fault, but they nevertheless owned it and resolved it quickly for me. Great customer service still exists in a few companies out there - and this is one of them. It's appreciated.

I have been using AMB Wood and Steel to create custom serving boards to give as gifts to my solar customers. Their work is excellent and my customers love the serving boards. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend AMB Wood and Steel. Check out their other awesome custom creations... they do much more than serving boards.

Aaron built two beautiful butcher blocks out of hand picked walnut. The quality of craftsmanship in these blocks are top notch. The whole process from chatting about what I wanted to the finished product was effortless. He listens and is a true craftsman. Thanks Aaron for our new heirloom butcher blocks that will last many lifetimes.

We have enjoyed working with Aaron and Amanda for custom pieces for our new home! I sent them pictures and they took them and made them come to life! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom furniture and look forward to finding more items they can build us!

Ordered some C-channel and hardware to go with it. Sent me someone else's order. The invoice to this other customer was in the package. Attempted to contact, never answered the phone and never responded to emails.

Amanda reached out directly and very graciously fixed the issue. The product I did get worked great and will gladly order that C-channel again.

Aaron and the team down at Bidwell Wood have been nothing but helpfull. From having all the products that I need to helping me and giving pointers through out my projects at home. Long story short these guys are the best around at what they do. If you need anything related to wood working these are the guys!
