Kilovolt Coffee

I use to come here often when I worked in the neighborhood and it's changed over the year(s) as the pandemic has started to come to and end 🤞🏽. There isn't a ton of space inside but they do have a few seating arrangements outside. However, I do not come here to sit. I come here because they're one of only a few that I've found in Oakland that sell pour over coffee. And I'm all about pour over. They also have a pretty good deli sandwich (the chester). If you're in this part of town or looking for a new place with pour over, you gotta check this place out.

Great cafe. I went here for lunch and got a roast beef sandwich and a green ice tea. The food was delicious and the service wonderful. Definitely worth popin in

Great neighborhood coffee shop! We ordered two lattes and a chocolate filled croissant for under $15. The croissant was delicious and all of the baked goods are from Starter bakery so you know they are great! Lots of people ordering the sandwiches so will be back for that.

Omg got a last-minute (10 mins til closing) decaf mocha on my way from a nearby school where I teach- & man, did the rich deliciousness really hit the spot!! Noticeably creamier & fuller-bodied—& not overly sweet!—like the rest.

Chester sandwich 🥪 is one of the best! Packed with flavor and really delicious for lunch. Enjoyed the drinks like the lemonade as well!

Single restroom, 3 high top in the front out looking the window, and few other tables in the back for seating! Good place for grabs and go or hang around.

Friendly staff. Fast service. Tasty cold brew at a reasonable price. Almond croissant was good.

This is the best spot in West Oakland. The staff is amazing! The bagels are absolute fire. The loc and capers bagels are my absolute favorite. They don't skimp on the fixings. The mochas are super chocolatey and give you what you need to start your day. Would give more stars if possible.

Local coffee shop with really yummy and unique flavors! Very friendly staff, little sitting area inside and out. Good for basic coffees and also people who like trying something a little different.

A really great place for coffee and snacks. They also have a great selection of custom sandwiches and bagels that are super for lunch. Cool place to hangout and chill for awhile. It is a bit of and oasis in a purely industrial area. The owners and employees are all part of the West Oakland community and make everyone feel very comfortable.

Good coffee (I’m a cold brew fiend) and convenient if you live or work in the area, especially if you order ahead online. Check out the build-your-own bagel and English muffin options. If you have a strong bagel flavor preference, try to get there on the earlier side so you can have your pick!

Delicious coffee and sandwiches. I tried the two specials they had. They also have few tables where you can work from on your laptop with electric outlets available ☺

Great coffee and tasty sandwiches. Never had a bad coffee from here, from a latte to straight pour over black coffee. Their prices are fair and they keep the place clean. This is my go-to coffee shop when I'm at work, even though its not the closest spot for me to get coffee.

this place is lit, the plants are fun and all of the staff is hot and smart and funny. Strawberry matcha is tasty
