The luthier is so helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed my acoustic when I thought it was beyond repair. And the employees there are so nice and friendly. I love this Guitar Center!

The try before you buy, or 30 day return on most items makes this discretionary spending a 'no brainer'. Add the enormous inventory in multi instrumental categories, and you could easily provision an entire musical project at one of these stores! Musician staff are usually very 'on it' if you need help - but let you do your thing if you're trying to demo 'that special something'...
GC stores are very popular local stops, and competitively priced - so you might need to wait for staff, (or to check out). Budget a bit of time for your best musical shopping experience.

This shop rocks! I have had 5 of my guitars set up by the guitar technician. I appreciate the fact that you can ask questions about wiring harnesses and not be shunned away. If you ever own a guitar, spend the extra money to get a set up, it will make sense once you do it.

This guitar center is great. It's big and versatile and of course specializes in guitars. They have a lot of friendly and knowledgeable staff who are interested in the music and not just the upsell. I had a great experience here and consider it a great place to pick up a guitar and find a passion in music.

A variety and great selection of anything music for anyone who are professional musicians as well as beginners. They also offer instrumental lessons for any age group at a reasonable price with dedicated teachers. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

This is my Guitar Center, the one I’ve purchased many iterations and modifications of gear for my studio. Way back when I was first going digital with my recordings, General Raj helped me with countless things - changing and bettering my conception of a new studio- from mic recs, to interface recs, to plain sharing the gear he used to set up his studio…he’s been there the entire time always looking out. He never “sold” me anything, but rather helped me find and put together the best thing with the budget I had- the core of which is still my studio to this day. I also have to mention Jeff, who has been there the entire time too, helping me in terms of large purchases, indecisiveness, and more recently a couple drum set mixups. I know these guys are just doing their job, but I’ve been to a lot of other music stores and had a dismal experience- took the excitement right out of it. I don’t know who I’m trying to convince with this review. I think I just needed a way to say thank you to those guys…and maybe someone will see it and pay them double what they make to stay there haha. Or some new shopper will seek them out and buy tens of thousands of dollars of gear through them so they get a fat commission and can buy a huge Christmas ham or something. John, the guitar tech there, is amazing! Took my guitar in because it just wasn’t playing right - he went above and beyond - cleaned the fretboard, adjusted the frets, the nut and the bridge - the guitar is as good as new - THANK YOU!!!

What what can you say about an icon like Guitar Center. I think that this place is like the skateboard an institution that we grew up on. They've got everything here for making music headphones to electric guitars set up drum kits and anything else your heart's desire

Just got my new audio interface. All the staffs were helpful giving me suggestions. Will definitely comeback here in the future to fulfill my G.A.S 😂

Great experience at Guitar Center! The staff members were very helpful and patient. I have almost no experience with instruments and my son has been wanting to learn the electric base. The salesman took his time to help us get set up with the right equipment and lessons. The staff seemed genuinely excited to get my son into music. Great to go to a store where the staff members are both enthusiasts and patient with newbies.

This is my first experience with GC and it was great!!! From the moment I called them to when I went in I was treated with care — from Raj, actually both times. He went into detail about the weighted key digital pianos I was considering. Based on what I wanted, he pointed a few out to me. And he made sure they were turned on so I can try them out. I ended up getting a Yahama and it sounds beautiful!!! Super happy that I stopped by. They have a lot of super slick keyboards, guitars, speakers, headsets and more.

Jeff the manager is AWESOME! He always greets me when I come in and he knows I’m coming to look at the Bose equipment. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been a pleasure. Javier,Trace and other staff members are great also. I really like this place because I can test out different speakers and it’s cool playing super bass songs and shaking the warehouse. Parking is always good and they always got some good used equipment in there a great prices. This is my favorite GC and I’ve been to all of them from Roseville to Fresno.

Have some understanding, people! These guys are awesome. I've worked with Raj and a few others a few times. If the store is busy when you're there, PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THEM. Their jobs are pretty difficult, having to handle all the walk-in traffic. Let someone know you need help and they will assist you incredibly well as soon as they can. I go here for all my music gear!

I'm really impressed with Guitar Center! I've been to this location a handful of times recently, ever since my 14 year old son just started playing guitar in the spring. Everyone that works there is so laid back, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I ordered my son an acoustic/electric guitar on the Guitar Center website for Christmas and just picked it up at this store tonight. The staff was so pleasant and they even helped me load it up in my car since I had my 3 year old little girl tagging along with me. I highly recommend this placed, they have just about everything any musician could ever dream of! I will definitely be back soon!
