Party City

First time visiting this store, and wow! I was blown away by the awesome variety of party items and the immense creativity for any and every party event possible. They really do their name, justice, Party City. If you are planning an event, this is the place to be. I highly recommend you come visit them!

Very helpful handled my returned quickly and seamlessly even though it was past the 30 days. I come here for all of my party needs including now I come here for Halloween. There's selection is amazing and they are always helpful and friendly and have a great return policy.

I can almost always find what I need here to match my party theme ideas. Also, super reliable with pickups and delivery. Helpful staff!

It was my first time in this store and I was in "aww" lol I love party stores. I must say I was very impressed on how well the cashier handled this customer who had a million questions and couldnt decide on what they wanted to purchase lol. But not only that he was the only cashier and had a line full of customers waiting to be checked out and still managed to keep a smile on his face. Im a store mgr in retail so i know how it can be lol. But overall the store was very clean and well organized.

Right now a great selection of everything Halloween at better prices than Spirit or Halloween Outlet popups.

Variety galore, staff was very helpful and nice, lots of parking.

GREAT shopping experience. They had everything for a kid’s birthday party. The staff was so nice and helpful while I picked out balloons. They even offered free home delivery! Amazing!!!
To top it all off Saymi said “I’ll be here Saturday so if you have any questions just call.” I am SO impressed with the great personal touch. Above and beyond what you would expect at a chain store.
My balloons came via Shipt, the driver was punctual and friendly. Saved us having to run around the morning of the party.

Went in to get a huge batch of stuff for a work party. The initial cashier was fantastic and let us know about all our options. As we shopped around we made our decisions and went back to the desk there was a new cashier who had far less patience for our questions. The team on the floor let us know our options for getting what we needed and even opened a new shipment for us! The cashier was extremely rude when we went to get rung up though over our balloon order but the manager stepped in and was extremely great!

I was surprised to read some negative reviews about this store. It’s one of my favorite places to shop. The staff is busy at times but they always are incredibly nice and extremely helpful whenever I’ve needed their assistance!

Halloween anyone. They have all the cute to scary stuff decor and even lawn stuff. Come here and see what u have room for on hallows eve

Had 20 balloons filled in record time. Balloons were for a 70th birthday. We purchased the balloons elsewhere, but were filled at Party City for a small fee. Staff is excellent! Quick service. What I like the most if the customer service and HUGE selection of party supplies for everyone's needs, if you need just about anything for a party, for people from 1-100, this is your place!!

The service is always good even if they are attending a lot of people they are not upset and treat you good. They help you with any questions and find anything you want. The quality is really good.
Will always come here if I need to buy anything for a party.

I must say I want to rate this party City a 20,000 star because Brent came through for me screw the Dollar tree in Martinez California I don't care to pay high dollar for a two and a four balloon but Brent needs a raise salary gets paid once a month because he is a star to the name of Jesus Christ in heavens amen
