Harbor Freight Tools

I just had the best experience with the manager Michelle. She is amazing! After spending time on the phone with phone customer support and having to walk them through their own site and exactly what their policy was, they still didn’t know what they were doing! Michelle came to the rescue. I live in Brentwood but I will only go to the pleasant hill/Concord store because of Michelle and how well versed she is. I have never met an employee or manager who knew the policy to the T and helped out so much ! You don’t need a customer support department when you have Michelle!

AJ searched the entire store looking for something. Never gave up. Went to the back and searched more. Super polite, persistent. This young man has a bright future should he pursue it. 5 star

Some rules of thumb...
Most items in the store are Disposable or tossable there are a few keepers, and many modders (lookup on YouTube for diy modifications... Pipe bender (takes a manual fairly cheap bender, and motorized it - Awesome stuff... The Flex head breaker bar - but flex head ratchet and fixed head breaker bar remove both pins that hold the heads on both tools, now switch the heads, replace pins and "Awesome" flex head breaker bar... I think that your catching on...

Great selection of tools and equipment at lower prices as compared to name brand items. Has the C size battery-operated fly zapper. Great item.

The parking lot sale (not actually in the parking lot) is a good time to buy lots of odd tools on sale. Get the app to discover all the great deals. I got a great deal on a set of magnetic tip screwdrivers. A new glue gun, car wash rags, gorilla glue, a flashlight, and a few other items for less than 65.00.

Harbor Freight is one of my all time favorite stores. Great tools at amazing prices and always some useful freebies to collect. 😉 They stand behind their products with a great warranty and awesome return policy. Really no need to shop anywhere else!! See ya soon Harbor Freight.

I like this location of Harbor Freight because parking is not a problem, the store is well organized and the staff is nice and helpful. Prices are always good, specially when I need a tool that I know O might never use again this is the place I go too.

Just about always has what you need and the customer service is excellent. I needed a siphon pump and the looks I got from the clerks was hilarious and then I explained to them I need to siphon some gas out of my motorcycle as it's been sitting for a while I'm not that guy in the middle of the night going from car to car that ain't me 😆😂🤣 😝

Down on the side of the freeway Harbor Freight came through in the clutch for the floor jack and it was a great price cashier was very helpful told me exactly where to grab it and I like the fact that I was on sale

Great selection of tools and tool boxes at awesome prices. I found this place thru watching videos in YouTube. I was searching for best tool boxes and organizers. I read the previous reviews posted about service at this location. Perhaps the managers heard their message because I only have good feedback. Michelle, the manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All other attendees as well. I will never go to Home Depot again before stopping by here. And it’s closer to me!

The cashier does a real pleasure to deal with unfortunately harbor tool and freight can't carry everything but I was able to obtain what I wanted when I went there. A great store for the homeowner.

I sometimes go to Harbor Freight just to feel good. I walk up and down every aisle and wonder what I could do if I bought the item. Since it's so inexpensive, I feel like possibilities are endless! My girlfriend just bought me the inside track membership for the year just because she knows how much I love Harbor Freight. Note, this post is heavily biased. 🙂

Great place to work and best place to shop at! We beat home depot prices all the time. This just one item that i went to buy that was way over priced, a single paint brush cost 8-12 bucks @ home depot. HARBOR FREIGHT 8 piece paint set with a roller two paint brushes plus extra paint roller and liner for 12. Needless to say I returned the single paint brush.

I love this place - even when I can't think of anything I need I swing by just to familiarize myself with all the tools that exist that make my next project easier. This particular store is well stocked, their staff is very friendly and helpful, prices are awesome of course, but you do have to choose what level of quality you need. I have some projects for which I need a tool only once, or the job is so abusive on the tool, I'm not planning on spending much on a quality one. Other times you want to go for quality brands that come with extended warranty and last you a long time. I know I'll be back - glad we have a store close to our home.

My "go to" place for all my basic tools, hammers, screwdrivers, sockets, etc.
