Store is well stocked and is most convenient for a quick stop by from an errand In the city. I love how you can go in and out finding what you need easily.

Target is one of my favorite stores to go to for all the necessities and goods all in one run. No need to go to multiple stores depending on your needs. Can never go wrong with Target.

Pretty clean and has lots of products compared to the store in Walnut Creek. Way less crowded too

They have a food court! My son is a picky eater but it's a guarantee meal when it's a target food court with pizza hut and bread sticks. They open at 10:30 and honestly the popcorn, the pizza and the sticks today are a win for him.

Tonight was the first positive friendly experience I've had at any Target in a long time. I'm giving this single experience a 5 star rating because it's warranted for this particular visit only, and I'm being asked by Target within my customer satisfaction survey to complete a google review of my experience. So here it is! This has nothing to do with the undesirable experiences I have had that are still unresolved and I am still on a mission to make them right because that's only fair... But anyway tonight was great and I'm surprised because it's 2 days before Christmas. Hectic as it was in there and is chaotic as some of the areas were cleanliness wise, the staff was in a good spirit and they were extremely friendly and really helpful and that's all that really matters to me in the end! Finally!

Did a pickup order and the clerk was very quick and knowledgeable about my questions. Absolutely love the items I purchased.

I walked up to two employees having a conversation, they acknowledged me right away. Michelle went above and beyond to help me. She was quick and knowledgeable. Although I told her I didn't want to be much of bother, she reassured me that she was there to help and made sure I was taken care of.

I felt the need to acknowledge her professionalism and excellent customer service.

Target was clean and well organized. The staff was attentive and very helpful. 10/10 will visit again.

I lost my four year old today in Target. It’s hard to go through that. Target team members helped me, initiated a code yellow and helped bring my boy to me. I’m super grateful for their help. Also, our checker was super kind and thoughtful in engaging my son on one of the worst shopping days of the year. 10 star team.

This is my local target, and I generally have a good experience here but today I’m leaving a comment because an employee really stood out and made me feel good.

I came to return some hair product and get a new type. When i walked over to the return counter an employee named Nekisha reached out to ask if I had been helped yet. I told her I hadn’t and she immediately started helping me. She asked if I had a receipt and I didnt and felt a bit guilty but she assured me there were a variety of other options I had to make the return. I had used my target rewards and I had the credit cars I used for the original purchase. She was patient while I looked for the card. The whole process she was kind and patient and gave a sense that she really cared about my experience which is so rare these days in the US.

I hope her manager recognizes her hard work, attitude, and attention to detail because she’s the rare type of employee that are first to come to mind when my job is looking for new talent.

I've been using the order-by-mail since the covid lock-down. Service has been incredibly quick. So easy! And now I've starting using the drive-up pickup, and it was fast and easy. The person delivering the groceries was extremely kind. Very happy with the experience.

I visited Pleasant Hill Target a little after 7 on 10/6 to pick up a Store Pickup order. I was assisted by a younger African American lady with long hair - she was very welcoming and friendly from her first greeting. After she promptly retrieved my order she rang up an additional item I had brought to the register (which is the subject of this receipt). As she did this, we exchanged a pleasant conversation about Marvel movies and her son as she completed the transaction. Though she was the only team member I interacted with, the other members around the Store Pickup area appeared to be upbeat, busy and productive. I generally prefer to make my visits to stores quick and don't talk to store staff much, but I greatly appreciated the kindness and effort your team member gave to ensure I felt valued as a person, not just as a customer. I think it also speaks well for this specific store that the Store Pickup staff seemed to be engaged in their work - and honestly I've been treated well by other staff at this station in this store before. Please thank the person that assisted me directly, and best wishes to whoever else worked that station that night!

Lauren is the ONLY worker who was helpful and very nice to me. She brought out my order to my car and was fast, polite, and very sweet. If she is working drive up, I will come!

Target in Pleasant Hill is a great store to visit for good bargains. The store is clean, but is sometimes hard to find certain items.

Your Employees were great, I'm disabled, they brought the electric cart to my car door, walk with me back in. The Employee in pick-up, was very polite and greeted me when she seen me coming to pickup, and brought my bag out right away. All your Employees were very polite.

I shop here a lot, but tonight my 2yr old son dumped milk all over the floor and the items in my cart. I felt so bad, but the cashier and two other employees were so helpful and nice about it! The cashier wiped milk off items as she rang them up, another gave my son a sheet of stickers longer than he is tall, and another cleaned up the milk on the floor. They we SOOO nice about all of it. It was a rough shopping trip with a toddler, but they really made it as good as it could be. Shout out to these peeps!

Clean storefront and environment. Products were stock well and check out times were fast. Staff seem friendly and cheerful. Always a nice shopping experience. Store was crowded but everyone was able to move around store easily.
