A very new shopping area. Upstair parking can let you see the most of the surrounding area, and it has EV charging station. Parking is always free. You can access Safeway at the same level, for others shops you need to take an elevator down or walk down to ground level. There is a small park behind the mall.

Lots of good choices for eats...literally many different cuisines...American, seafood,Asian,Greek,comfort style...coffee spots,Starbucks..a bank...salons, gym,Petco,Safeway and more....nice location a lot of parking and very busy

Hands down the quality of the pizzas is OUTSTANDING! This is my 3rd location and I have ZERO disappointment!

I remember when The Orchards was being built and being scheptical of how it would turn out. We love it though, great place to catch up with friends and family. There is plenty of variety to find something to eat, snack, or drink.

Dinner at Rocco's, terrific pizza, family salad delicious and the perfect size for us. Our server was Shannon, delightful, friendly, attentive, definitely made the experience great!!

Really healthy place go go buy groceries and is not that spensive. It has alot of stuff is the workers are really nice there . And theres electrical charging close to the store i loved that!

Shopping mall which consists of Safeway, Petco, Several restaurants and also a Micro Brewery. Place does gets busy, finding parking can be challenging during busy hours close to restaurants. However mall has several restaurant choices and shops.

Great place with awesome restaurants! We go to mod Pizza all the time and love it. Great portions and fast service. The pizzas are so good and priced very reasonably. We like to go here for lunch with our kids on Saturdays. Thank you so much for the great service and amazing food!

After eating at any one of the fine dining establishments here, I would totally recommend going over to Mike Hess brewing to grab on tap beer. Highly recommended. Also great for relaxing after a meal. Make sure to take Uber if you're all going to drink 🍻 definitely a great atmosphere

I went to California fish
Ordered salmon and Asparagus with rice. I was so surprised for the price salmon was tasty cooked perfectly and hot. It took only
20 minutes but the food was great. I recommend anyone to go. I don't eat meat sea food was great selection. I will try to on my lunch and and take my friends too. Staff was very warm friendly good clean

Pretty cool little center with good shops. The only problem I have is the parking is sometimes somewhat tight. Other than that it's a good small shopping center.

Not sure if this different from The Veranda. Overall, great area to hang out with good selection of places to eat and drink. Parking can be horrendous so plan for that. Primarily families, young adults and then the odd group of friends. Nice place.
