Went there for 1st time, unfortunately a waitress had leave due emergency. 1 waitress, she was so kind, not stressed the place was busy. The food was excellent eggs, bacon, hash browns, French toast. So good.

Went back again. Erica C was our waitress again and she rocked it!😁 Awsome experience the food was perfect, the Erica memorized our orders and got everything right which was amazing. The restaraunt was very clean the coffee was fresh and everything on the tables were well stocked. We like going back just for her service!😁 Outstanding😁

I’m an iHOP lover! Always love the food, ambience, staff and hospitality. In my 10yrs in the states never had a single disappointment from iHOP. The service at this premises was good, on point and tasty. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Easy to get a table, first time here. They have a new menu, fancier, priced more but better food and selection.
Had hashbrowns, avocado toast with eggs, perfectly done except they forgot to make hashbrowns very crisp.But they brought more that were perfect.
Servers were friendly and efficient but not so fast with requests (do not know if they were short people), asking twice they remembered. They have an all you can eat yummy pancakes for $5 special right now. Bathrooms and restaurant were clean and tables prepared for guests.
Easy parking, lot is shared with other stores. Would recommend you try this restaurant and enjoy the newer food selections.

The lemon ricotta blueberry protein pancakes are good, because they are delicious.

I enjoy coming here and eating pancakes, I want to come again soon.

This IHOP is clean and kid friendly. The server was attentive and efficient. My picky 3 - and 5 year old kids and 8 year old nephew were super happy with their food. My turkey melt was delicious. I also thought it was really nice that the manager took a little tour of the restaurant and checked in with every table, asking how their experience was going. Really nice IHOP.

Great food, great service. Generous portions.

These I do not blame on the server:
1. The over hard egg I ordered on my burger was runny
2. The NY Cheesecake pancakes that was on the menu as a 4 stack, was only 2 regular pancakes w/o the cheesecake bites mixed in as advertised
3. The chicken on the sandwich my friend ordered was as cold as my refrigerator, in which she had to reorder.
This is the IHOP in Martinez. What food we did have was good, we will not be returning EVER

Nice service, my server was amazing, she have the whole restaurant and was the only server and did really good!

I've been coming to this location since I was little but don't come often. For a Sunday Brunch it was not too busy at all. We were seated right away. The waitress was very nice and our hot pancakes came out super fast. Coffee is good and not too weak. All of the staff was polite and location was clean. Will come again.

I like sitting in the back because the tables move easily and I fit better.
Not that I'm fat, but I am a big boy. The booths are just too small.
But the service is great. The is a welcomed change from home. But we all know that home cooking has no substitute.

It was warm and inviting. The waitress was so Awesome! Sweet, helpful, and attentive. The food is always yummy, no matter what you are in the mood for. Plenty of parking and we had zero wait time to be seated. It was a great experience all in all.

This place is a treasure, undiscovered until now! The food was excellent, the restaurant including the restroom were immaculately clean. And the service was unequaled. Our server, Erika was beyond fantastic, perhaps one of the best servers I have ever encountered.

Very good food! Waitresses were very nice and always came by to check on us. I really only wanted to go there to help them out because I know the pandemic really hurt there pockets. I know the struggle so I try to help out where I can. There jobs are just as important as any other job. Thank you for your service!

This particular IHOP has a homey energy. The staff for super nice and whether it's your first time or you come every day they make you feel like you're in their kitchen.

Love IHOP. Great food and service. Our waitress was the only one there and she worked her little but off.

The service was quick and very professional and friendly. We were attended by AMANDA. She was amazing!!! Above and beyond. She was not only extremely attentive, she was kind, professional and simply great! Thank you for such a great experience.
