The always clerks are polite, smile unlike the clerks at the Golf Links store in Pleasant Hill.

Bring back Dr. Pepper at the soda fountain! Make sure there are lids to match each cup size.

So I go to 711 all over Cali be cause I love there slurpees and pizza .my God delicious and all u have two do is tell them what you want and it gets done.Terry the cashier was and is always has an extra mile type of attitude and work ethic thank you Terry you are appreciated...

Equiptment broken or not stocked,appearance shabby and not really very well kept up.

Terrible customer service the guy put my gas on the wrong pump and when I told him he suggested that I was lying and didn’t want to refund me very rude I will never spend my money here again

We pull in to put some gas and buy some drinks. We go inside I asked for the restroom and immediately he said that it was not in service! When literally a guy just came out the restroom in my presence. The old men cashier has no customer service or people skills! He should not be in that position at all. We turned around and left. Seriously the manager or owner should be look into and training more his employees with customer service skill. I definitely do not recommend this place at all.... Worse customer service ever!!!

The cashier, Karan, entered his phone number during my purchase and got the rewards points, even though I was typing mine in on the kiosk. He also doesn't offer the receipt because then his name will be on it as evidence that he's doing this. The perfect crime!

NO MASKS BY ANY EMPLOYEES day or night for at least 2weeks now. The sign on the front door requires people to be masked.. Store gets a 5 on supplies, a 3 on cleanliness, but a ZERO STARS on courtesy for the health of its customers. It upsets me because I have always come to this store and like several employees.

I do not expect 7-11’s to be top notch clean, but this location is just filthy. It’s very clear employees don’t even bother to mop at least once a week. It’s been accumulating for months.

someone there has charged our ATM card for $99.08 on March,5th 2021.we have never been in that store ever, and if the owner is reading this need to investigate since we already reported this to our bank, and we will persu legal action if the we do not hear from the owner.
