Comerica Bank

Went in to cash a check drawn from their bank and They were great to me. Of course I was great to them!

First time I come here was fast. Take to account that visit in the past there were different tellers. 5 stars back then. Now second visit new tellers and very slow. There were 2 other employees around that I assume could have helped. One of them was nice enough to offer coffee, but that doesn't make this go any faster. [I'm still in line]

I’ve been banking with Comerica 6years at the Walnut Creek branch And never had a problem until they changed These unprofessional and lazy staff. They do not like to hand, count the money. I do not trust money machines, and they have been giving me the hardest time. The worst staff I’ve ever dealt with are working right now today.

Needs better leadership. Fridays they close at 6, I come around 5:25 for business and they are closed. A woman left her car keys in there. We were calling and banging on the door. I hope she got home safe.

worst bank EVER!!!! do not give them even $1.00 of your money. Horrible service! its pulling teeth with absolutely everything!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Unfriendly manager. Bank is unable to fulfill my ongoing banking needs. I will never be back. PS: the tiny parking lot is filled with non-banking vehicles and the manager does not stay on top of it to keep it clear for customers.

these animals close at 5 pm instead at 6 pm on Fridays as it reads on the front door of the bank. it looks like they cannot wait until finish their day to go and spend their hard-earned bucks they make for doing nothing.

Worst experience ever!! Extremely rude! Had an appointment and it was pointless! They tried to reference me to do business with another bank and they were extremely unreliable unhelpful and untrusting!!!!!

Very rude service, even by management. We will never consider banking there.
